I commented yesterday of my recent experience with Republic Wireless now owned by Dish. This morning as I was checking for a response I find my comment has now disappeared. What is going on?

My credit card was charged at the end of June for July services. I contacted your customer support and advised that we were going to be changing our provider. Your staff advised not to disconnect Republic Wireless until we had our new provider. Our service was transferred on August 6, 2022 and we were advised my credit card would show a refund for June, it could take a few weeks. I contacted you later in August and was advised that the refund was never submitted, but a ticket would be submitted immediately for our refund. Again, I waited a few weeks when I did not receive contact your support line, was told that I should allow an additional two weeks for refund. Today, August 30th I contacted your customer support and was advised that our refund was denied as our account is closed. I am very upset as I have been a customer of Republic (along with my husband) Wireless and loved their customer support. I am now dealing with Dish and with most of the time not being able to understand your staff I decided it was time to move on. I probably will need to kiss this refund goodbye, but your staff made the mistake in not issuing the ticket for a refund when I transferred my service on August 6 when our account was still active. My credit card is paid, but still active and there is no reason you cannot issue my refund. I will be in there with Williams T Deshaies (July 2, 2022), how many of us are out there making numerous phone calls to your support line and getting no help.

I have tried to get the refund I am owed I am disabled with. Cp I just want my refund back I have called you customer support line like 6 times and no help
