I wat taking to you

I worked for Bojangles 3 days after Thanksgiving and Have been calling and even visited the store for my check. I am owed 20 hours pay and they’re saying no check is there for me. due to the early hours, I was told that I may be allowed to work a little later shift, which was fine with me. Nobody ever returned to me with an answer. NO one was rude, I want to be paid for getting up early from my family and being to work at 5am on the weekends. This is not what I applied for but I did it. Could I please get paid for the work I’ve done. Thanks!
