The service at NovantHealth Matthews Medical Center is awful. I was sent directly over by my physician and they seemed to not care about anything. I was nauseous and had the dry heaves and they took my blood and told me they were done with me and to just sit in the waiting room. No nothing to help me while I waited. I too am a healthcare worker so I know the stress. When I asked for something to help me with my nausea the CNA started raising her voice at me. NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE!
