  • Dic head says:

There installer have to put leins on the home owner property to get them to pay for install

  • Kathy says:

I had such problems with the purchasing process that I cancelled the whole job and got a refund before it went any further.

  • Bee Van says:

Went to Lumber Liquidators in Freeport Long Island. We were there for 45 minutes. 2 other customers ahead of us received their help. When they left we were the only ones left. Everyone who worked there up and disappeared. We could’ve stole samples from the store. Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

  • Mack Hufham. says:

I really need someone from corporate office to contact me about flooring job purchased from Wilmington NC store. Job was not done to satisfaction and to this point can’t get anything done to fix problem. I can be reached at 910 547-8565. Don’t want to take next steps but running out of options.

  • Lorraine King says:

I have an issue with flooring I purchased and no one seems to be able to solve this problem

  • KB says:

I also had a terrible experience with the lumber liquidators in Savannah, GA. Removed carpet and furniture in entire house for install in 2 to 3 weeks but wound up being over 40 days before install. Removed tile then said I need more bags of leveling. Quoted 2 bags now need 18 more with a price of $1500 extra! Then removed stair railings to replace treads but won’t install new railings. Before I placed order they called on regular basis, but once order placed….nothing. Installers would have installed floor on wet leveling if I didn’t stop them. Installers Very unprofessional. Did not communicate with me very well and used my house like a hotel. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Floor still not level and stairs rails still no finished among other things!!!!

  • Skylar Topping says:

This company is a nightmare on so many levels

  • T. R. says:

Terrible service. I purchased flooring and everything had to be ordered. When I went to pick up the flooring they said only part was delivered. I told them I needed it by the date they gave me for pick up as I had workers ready to install on pick up date. They told me I could drive 30 minutes to one of their other store to pick up what was missing, oh and they would give me $20. for my time and gas. It would cost me more with the workers waiting to put all flooring in. So they said it would take another week for delivery because they weren’t allowed to interact with their other store location and have them deliver. HORRIBLE SERVICE from Santee Ca. Store. Sales person Grover tried to fix the problem but management wouldn’t let him. Thank you Grover for trying. Don’t buy from lumber liquidators, they take your money and don’t give you what is promised!!

  • Shannon says:

The Lumber Liquidators in Grand Junction, CO is horrible to work with. They have zero customer service and their installer has only showed up two days (it’s now supposed to be day six of our flooring tear-out/install). I’ll NEVER use their services again.
