    I drove 3.5 hours to meet mother at an appointment on 9/12/2022 for transportation (schedule almost a month in advance) not to show up or call me to tell me they were not going to pick her up. I have now been on hold for 40 min for no one to talk to me about this issue. The representative (Eric) states there is no supervisor for me to speak with.
