Pictures depict a lot about experience and with this idea in mind Bruce Reinecker and Eldon Rothgeb set up a photography related company back in 1936 to capture the special moments of your life. Presently it has become a huge organization with photographers across the country to provide you with the service you desire. The company is known as Lifetouch and it does justice to its name as it helps to capture the special moment of your life our kids to create the most beautiful picture out of it. A picture that you can cherish for a lifetime. The present CEO if the company Michael Meek had an aim to expand the business even further so that they can cover more geographical locations and can help you capture your precious moments at more locations than the existing ones. The present headquarters of the company is situated in Eden Prairie in the state of Minnesota.

    This company is awful!!! I have tried repeatedly to talk to a live person and can not find one. I ordered my daughters commencement photos, paid for them and never received. I can not find anyone to tell me where they are at. I am going to file a complaint. Such a disappointment for what should have been a happy moment. Now I have no picture of her on stage. Thanks for ruining it!

    SALES TACTICS
    I just received a call from a client in San Antonio, Texas and she shared with me what your salesperson said to her. I have documented and have our contact as a witness. I hope you take this into consideration and pass this along to the appropriate people so your salespeople stop practicing these aggressive and defamatory sales practices.

    This is what was told to us:

    One of our clients:
    LT rep came by the school and buzzed the front door and said
    “I am with picture company”
    They let the person in and asked for the principal.

    Our client asked “Who are you?” The replied “I am with LT”.

    Our client: “No. We are happy with our company.”
    LT Rep: “May I speak with your principal?”
    Our client: “She is not available”.
    LT rep leaves

    Later that same day the LF rep calls asking for the principal saying:
    “Hello, I am with the picture company and need to talk to the principal to
    over details for picture day”.
    (Your salespeople do not mention your company name in order to make
    the school admin think it is the company currently working with them.)

    The rep is forwarded to the principal.
    The rep introduces himself and says “We have received lots of calls from parents
    complaining about the picture company you are using.”
    Our client tells him “We are happy with our company.”

    DEFAMATORY
    If your salespeople continue to follow this practice we will take action. Saying parents
    have called LT and complained about or company is nonsensical at best. PLEASE
    get the word to your sales force.

    My son graduated high school and his picture along with other school menders are not available for me to see or purchase his photo. I have called and did an online chat, both times i was told i would get a call back and i never did. I just want a copy of my sons graduation photo, how hard is to understand that not all the photos were uploaded. I am so irritated.

    This is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with and they should not be having a monopoly on school photos. The photographs come out terrible, there is no way to reach the company, they are non-communicative and don’t care where your pictures are. Yes, they leave it up to you to contact them and figure it out! The customer service is terrible (outsourced to a foreign country of course) and they can’t do anything for you when there are no picture retakes left because the photographer popped in and out of the class in five seconds and didn’t stop to ask if there were retakes needed. A fake “retake” day. Some company please step up and challenge them as a competitor!!

    Ridiculously priced pictures. School pics were taken 9/19, as of 10/19, digital images still not available. Once I was finally able to get a human via chat, I was told that they couldn’t find my order#. Turns out, 1 month after taking the picture, they have not even started to process the images!!! BUT OF COURSE THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT ON 9/19! horrible company, horrible customer service. I have 2 teenager who have have had their school pics taken through Life touch so yes I am a valued customer but obviously that means nothing when inquire about school picture status….I get a “check back in a week” & “I’m sorry for the delay”

    Worst flipping company in the history of companies and there’s no way to reach the headquarters. All they do is lie and make up excuses! Don’t ever use this place

    Your company is horrible. Customer service horrible. Senior pictures came out horrible. Trying to get information on retakes at school is horrible. Getting any information on retakes as to why the black overlay wasn’t provided for the girls is horrible. Horrible horrible horrible.
