WHAT KIND OF JEANS ARE YOU MAKING?? IT SAYS ON MY inner POCKET ….”Quality Never Goes Out Of Style” … meanwhile I had these jeans for 6 months and they ripped right next to my rear pocket. I couldn’t believe my eyes… I could understand if I was a fat dude, but I am a fit guy and these things just tore like a cheap suit…. can someone please contact me about this?

  • Megan Carroll says:

This is a long shot, but my mother is turning 80 years old in a month. She was the original white Levi’s jeans model while a student at Colorado Women’s College in the early 1960s. I would love to find and give her a photo of her in a Levi’s advertisement. She was brunette with about shoulder length hair and about a size 6. Can you help me please?

  • Angie Holder says:

Please bring back the 80s womens straight leg Levi’s with the white tab on left side of pocket and the white square patch levi Strauss on left pocket

  • Scott says:

I ordered 20 pairs of Levi’s 505 with Zipper but They were stolen and UPS said for me to come to the Navigation Street and put in claim. I did that recently and they said they have sent them back to LEVI’s for me to contact Levi Strauss but I don’t know which card Levi’s Credited to my account ? Could you tell me fast

  • Tabitha Warren says:

I purchased a few pair of the Levi’s red tag, relaxed fit in a 38/32 for my son, he wore them one time for just a few hours and they ripped from the belt loop down past the back pocket. I tried to return them and replace them and I was denied. This is said that such a multi million dollar company will not back there product. I will not longer be supporting Levi.

  • Kevin says:

Hello I’ve been on a mission to find style PC9-04511-2090, 511 Slim Fit Flex Jean Headed South without luck. It is still featured on your website as out of stock for quite some time, the stores say it’s not available but not discontinued. What are the chances of finding this style? Can you provide some clarity as to whether these will be available at some point or do they just need to be taken out of your system? Very confusing! Thanks

  • Dowling says:

Your product is deteirriorating The material has been getting thinner, the beltloops less in number. Why do these successful companies do this? Sony as well

  • El says:

    My Experience Today 8/9/2022.

I went to the Levi Store in Torrance, CA., at the mall, at 10am. I picked out my jeans and I asked if the dressing room was open. I was told no because ALL the dressing rooms were all closed because the locks were all being updated.

I was told that I could buy the items but I can’t try them on and if I don’t like any of them, I could bring them back under the stores return policy.

I was not given any information on when to come back or how long the dressing rooms would be closed. I did not see a locksmith on site.

What kind of Customer Service is this? If their pay checks were based on Store Sales, they would have had at least 1 dressing room open during the upgrade. But, because they are hourly, they don’t care whether you spend money or not because they still get paid.

They are just letting money walk out the door. Does Corporate know this???
When did Levi start turning down $$$ money? Just ridiculous. Poor Customer Service.

Why would the Manager sign off on that? The Manager should update the locks, but, leave one dressing room operational during the entire process. This could take several days… I wonder how much money the Store has lost.

    What an inconvenience.

I went to another Levi, tried on my jeans and bought 2 pair in Long Beach, CA.

If you are going to Torrance, call first.

  • Kevin Wilson says:

Good afternoon, my name is Kevin Wilson. I bought a pair of jeans 5:13 from your store in Manhattan. I was told I can only get those jeans if I pay in the store and they’re delivered to my house. Well, I got a notification saying the jeans were delivered but I have no jeans I tried calling the number given to me in the store ( 800 872 5384) however, I call twice and they said that they cannot help me without attracting number. The only number I have is the order ID number given to me on the receipt in the store (A00185118000675) again, I was told the items cannot be tracked with that number and furthermore there is no other tracking number on the email notification I received and I was told in the store when I called they can’t even tell me what delivery company was used. Today is Wednesday, August 3rd. The delivery notification I received saying the item was delivered was for August 2nd yesterday. So please I would appreciate some help in this matter. Thank you

  • Chris says:

I am perplexed as to why a company with a huge market share that has sold merchandise to hundreds of millions for over a hundred years feels the need to jump into the abortion debate, with both feet, to aid and abet the continued killing of millions of potential future customers. Very short sighted. Why resist the legislatures of the states being the venues for the abortion debate? Aren’t very young human beings worthy of more protection than Snail Darters and Bald Eagle eggs? Demographics are now driving labor inflation. We have become so smart we are killing off our own young at a rate that will lead to extinction. Although I have always loved Levis, I’ll be buying wrangler jeans from now on.

    • Tammy says:

Chris my thoughts exactly. I quit buying any branded Levi products after their anti-gun politics. The best thing a company can do is sell their product and not use their platform for political issues. I will never buy another Levi product nor will my children. I am a online shopper and have been for years and use to be Levi brand was hardly ever on sale much less on clearance. Now Levi products are on clearance all the time. Even though I like their styles I just scroll on past any Levi brand because I like my gun rights and refuse to fund a company that wants to restrict my rights. Go woke go broke.

  • Pawan kumar says:

I want buy some jeans fir sell because I have a big showroom ,I am from aligarh up india ,if you coprate with me ,I sell your products

  • Tee Tetkowski says:

It’s a shame you were an American company and through the years you sold out. We still purchased items from you BUT that is now ended. Goodbye

  • Rick Gureghian says:

Haven’t purchased anything to do with Levi’s in nearly 20 years.

I consider its management folks as vile and despicable allowing animals to be slaughtered, so that Levi’s may then add a patch of “animal skin” sewn onto some of its more expensive products.

What kind of human being are so cruel and insensitive to practice such barbarism?

    apparently, Levin’s management!

  • Paulette brizzolara says:

Hi Levi’s, I’m in search of home goods. My son LOVES Levi and is moving out. I would love to get him kitchen towels and some glassware. HELP!

  • Bruno Florek says:

    Hi,
I cam up with a very effective way of improving the performance of the pants. My invention make the pants stay on body much better prevents them from sliding down and making shirt coming out of them. Would like to present this to you. Please provide me with proper contact within your company. Thx

  • KD says:

No more Levi’s jeans in our household. Once upon a time, Levi’s & Strauss personified American grit and durability. Now, you send your production to China, a nation bent on the destruction of America. The quality is more like Jordache these days. You’ve chosen the low road and entered into this ridiculous political debate over vaccination/mask mandates in schools. Getting rid of someone for having an opinion? Your not an American company anymore. My kids and about 20 of their friends burned their Chinese made Levi’s this past weekend. Either bring your company’s production home or stop advertising Americana. And for God’s sake, wake up from the woke childishness. Shameful!!

  • virgel ford says:

I’m done buying your wok ass jeans have a nice day

  • Genie says:

I cleaned out my closets and took all Levi products to the trash. I then purchased Wranglers for me and my family. Cant get behind a company that treats employees like you did to Jennifer Sey. When will companies learn to not mix politics with their business

  • Pete says:

I will never buy your jeans again. Your female exec silenced for having an opinion shared by millions. You are the ultimate fraud of your brand rugged individualism. So much for empowering women

  • Cheryl says:

Shame on this company for not promoting no mask in schools! Children are our future masks are detrimental to their mental health and the ability to learn. You need to rethink what you do ! Shame

  • Rita Grace Atmajian says:

I am disgusted at your treatment of Jennifer Sey, who spoke out regarding school masking because she actually cares for kids, and though my children are often clad in your clothing, I will never buy another product from your company again. Obviously, you only value my children as a market and not as human beings.

  • Mr. Washington says:

I am as well a loyal customer of Levi’s and have been over 40 plus years. And I really would love to continue to be a customer also. My recent experience, I bought a pair of Levi’s maybe a little over a year ago. Which I’ve never wore because I’ve been so busy. My issue is I know that Levi’s lives by the red tab in the name Levi with the copyright. Correct me if I’m wrong I obtained a pair of Levi’s which nothing were wrong with jeans. They just had a red tab without the Levi’s logo and with my 2-year warranty I was told I was lucky to have those jeans. None of my other Levi’s are missing the word Levi on my red tab. So now what I have to do is mail my Levi’s in, before that 2-year warranty runs out. And wait for determination to see if my jeans are a defect but the customer service representative is assuring me that it is not a defect so I just want my Levi’s red tab to say Levi’s and not just have the copyright sign on there. What should I do?

  • Mike young says:

I have been a customer for a very long time I am a 59 year old male , gave bought many things over the years, but I have to say after purchasing a reversible belt from kohls store that was your labeled belt and spending over $36 plus tax I am not a happy customer, using the belt everyday for about 4 to 5 months the belt snapped where the reversible metal pulls out and you change color of belt, great idea but customers should expect a much greater wear life than this, let’s see what kind of company you are if you contact me and perhaps Warranty the item , this Is not my normal thing to complain but money doesn’t go as far today and it doesn’t seem right it broke and I’m out the money needing to replace it…

  • Paul J Moreno says:

I have been buying Levi’s for over 50 years and I recently bought my last pair that I will ever buy again. The quality of your jeans has gone away and everybody I talk to are saying the same thing. Sad to see a great company go down down hill by selling poor quality products.

  • Sonya M Brantley says:

Hello Levi’s family! I’m in need of the Denizen 232 Slim Straight! W34 L 30! My husband LIVES by these jeans. He works 7 day 10 hour shifts and these are absolutely the ONLY pants he wears. He’s down to 3 pair and I am washing constantly because he will not wear any other jeans. The other pairs he had has worn out and I can barely find these at all anymore. I used to find them at Target but I haven’t had any luck lately. Please tell me how to find these so that I can get more! He is a W34 L30 that already makes it hard to find! If there is ANYTHING you can do to help me I so appreciate it!

I just wanted to let you know that the Denizen line(CURVY) were my absolute favorite. They were skinny, and hug you in all the right places, and also since i am pear shaped, these jeans fit perfectly, without showing crack when i would sit. I use a size 12 and now they are so hard to find. Please bring these back, i have not found any other brand that made jeans for us curvy women

  • Jorden says:

    Dear Mr. Bergh,

Picture this. It’s Super Bowl Sunday. The Niners vs Who Cares. Half time, the first commercial starts. 1850 An ol’ cargo ship sails into the foggy SF bay. The sails are made of the most beautiful and sturdy cotton weave. A handsome French man unloads his cargo onto the pier. Cut to a mining ⛏ camp in the Sierra Nevada’s. A 49er has just been sold a pair of riveted trousers that will last him to his dying days. Then an announcement……”we are proud to announce that all Levi production will be brought back to America 🇺🇸 along with fair wages. We have harkened the call to get back to making quality over quantity. We’re looking “forward” to getting “back” your trust.

*please send money 💰 for amazing idea to Jorden Motsinger, life long fan and forever 501 wearer. Thx 🙏

  • Kip Hopkin says:

I have been purchasing Levi Jeans for 50 years. I have recently been having issues with getting Jeans.
What the heck is going on with the company?
I am upset about my receiving the Jeans that I was promised in the mail from 3 weeks ago. I can t believe that it takes this long. I was promised a 2 day delivery and it’s been over 3 weeks

  • Ingela says:

I bought a pair of Levi’s in the Levi’s store at MacArthur design outlet in Noventa di piave, Italy. When I was back in Sweden I notice that the trousers propably are copies. I understand that I should have noticed already in Italy but I was in a hurry and trusted the store to be correct and not selling copies. I just want you to now that they are selling copies in a Levi’s store.

  • Dawn says:

I have 4 pair of Levi’s 505 that have all tore at the edge of the back pocket. Hardly worn either before this happened. I am in the process of returning them in hopes that something will be done. Levi’s are expensive but the quality as of the last few I purchased are horrible

  • Jackie Scott says:

I use to work at Levi Strauss in 1982 where employees received a discount on a certain day of the week. Are they still doing this?

  • Marlene Frederick says:

I was told over 3 months ago I would get shipping labels to send 4 defective pairs of Levi’s back and have yet to receive them

  • Michael Lee bowen says:

I have a request for your jeans …..I’m 57 I’ve worn your jeans all my life I’d like to ask a favor ………

  • pissed off says:

i have called twice, no return call.is this your customer service. then i called the store branch there in SF rude people.

  • Calvin says:

Charles Victor Bergh, why cant I call? all I get is busy signal,(damn ) 527 boot cut cords help me find them, someone email me from corp.

  • Calvin says:

I bought my 1st pair in 1969 at 13, my mom couldn’t afford it, so i got a job throwing papers and saved, been wearing them ever since. I am looking for 517 boot cut cords. need help finding.

  • Mo says:

I want my old Levis back. I don’t want spandex, they do not look good on everyone, they are too hot in the warmer months and they sag in the seat/legs after one wear. I want the jeans that sit at my hips, because I’m long waisted and all the jeans now are high waisted and don’t fit me. I want the jeans that get more faded and softer after each washing, and that last for years and years. Where can I find my old Levi’s? Please bring them back. And I’m not the only one who’s looking for them… 501s…505s…515s… Please let me know, I just turned 60 and I’m not going to be around forever. But my classic cotton Levis could be…

  • MILDRED MENDEL says:

My son has been wearing Levi’s since a young man. Now at 56 he continues to wear Levi’s…BUT THE QUALTY IS NOT GOOD! His last two pairs (bought at Kohl’s) did not have quality denim.
After only a short time, one of the back pockets came apart, like someone took a pair of scissors and cut the pocket. Another pair after only a couple of wearings, the fabric tore in the back. I the fabric is not the quality it was at one time. I think my son should receive some form of compensation as Levi’s are expensive and the quality not good. I cannot return them as he does not have the receipt from Kohl’s and I don’t think they would take them back. He wears the 505 in size 38, 34-length

  • Susan McGrath says:

I purchased from Sears three pair of men’s jeans. The two 505 in dark blue after one washing have white spots all over them where the dye has left the material. I at first thought it might be soap that did not rinse so I took a cloth and rubbed the areas and the cloth turned blue. I cannot return them to Sears since all sales there are final. I am asking you what is the manufacturers policy since they are defective. Please let me know what I can do to be reimbursed.
