Where Is Les Schwab Tire Centers Corporate office Headquarters

Very positive experience today with David D. at the Riverside store on Van Buren. He took care of my needs above and beyond and was very professional. Thanks David!!!!

I waited over two and a half hours to have a mail removed from a tire and a rotation done.
A guy with a small child came in an hour after me and because he stated after an hour that his child was going to go ballistic (even though the child was fine)they serviced his vehicle prior to touching mine.
I’ve been here over three hours and still not touched.
I do not think that it’s very fair to care for customers out of the order in which they have come in.
The only way I would accept this is if there were some sort of emergency, which there wasn’t.
