I’ve been trying to get someone from HR to call me back regarding my late husband’s retirement for months. No one will call me. I keep leaving messages. It’s sad that such a huge company is stealing money from a widow.
Your Vancouver Washington plant needs new employees, they consistently open late and make a mess on trailers and the wash isn’t on or works poorly, plus all of the employees are related,so there is no accountability for what goes on ,,,it would be nice if you could check into this matter and fix it,,,,thank you
Was a 20 year employee at Rollag Pit in MN was told by your management that I was to run a Komatsu 500 loader to do my job of load out and stockpiling. I ran the Komatsu before it was not the loader to do,the job compared to the Cat 982m was told that was the loader was getting asked for different job and told will not juggle people around just for me I quit and there would be more to follow if there where the jobs in the union I signed up for unemployment and they told me employer violated an agreement to the applicant the violation had a substantial negative effect and it would cause an average worker to quit and become unemployed they gave me unemployment for three weeks management to me and others needs to learn how to treat and to work with employees that are good at there job and have been there for many years
I see your Vancouver wa. Plant is opening late again 4th time in 5 days ,I will be sending a letter to the bbb about the poor business practices of this facility, and the fact that there has been several attempts to contact corporate headquarters to file complaints and get problems resolved
I see no one has checked in to your Vancouver wa. Facility, and all there short comings,,most people are fired for the stuff that is being done,I can’t figure out why these people still have jobs
F.Y.I. Dear sirs, I thought that I would forward you you some information that doesn’t seem to be getting to you it specifically has to do with your facility in Vancouver Washington the employees there that run that facility are all family so whenever there’s an issue and you bring it up to them they never seem to do anything about it knowing that they’re probably never going to get into trouble for it the problem is long wait times they don’t load the trucks the way they’re being asked to load they constantly fill material on top of the trailers and the wash doesn’t work they will also hold you up for like an hour and a half at a time even when you’re the only vehicle in there and the latest and newest thing is they will wait until you’re done loading and then they will pull the train out in front of the driveway and block it off for 10 minutes and hold you up even longer so I am not sure what the issues are and why they’re doing what they’re doing however there are several companies that haul material out of that facility and they’re all being mistreated in this fast I would appreciate it if you could check into this matter and see if you can fix the problem thank you for your time
