The company provides home-fresh-style foods packed with fresh ingredients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. North Carolina and Virginia have 11 locations. It provides steaks, cocktails, relishes, chops, soups, seafood, salads, shrimps, cheese, desserts, and beverages made from scratch in the United States. The company has a dedicated team to offer services for busy family takeout options. It also has the catering full-service option for social and business functions. It operates every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

I am handicapped and I was going to get to go order, the handicapped parking and entrance to go with ramp w a s blocked by the manager parking in the handicapped parking space, I could not get my whe e l chair around to get inside, when I spoke to the to go manager, I was told..”tuff” go somewhere else..this is unreal, next time I will call Virginia State Police, they enforce handicap parking in virginia
Went to K&W today to place a Dressing order for Christmas, and to eat. I decided to get the turkey and dressing, for lunch today while I was there. (This is something I eat every week). Told the cashier that I need to put an order in also to pick up on Friday. I sat down to eat the turkey and dressing, I got off the line and it was absolutely disgusting. Spoke with one of the employees about it and they informed me that since been brought out by another company it’s now boxed. This is the worst thing they could have done. Over the course of a yr exp around holidays we spend a good amount of money on turkey and dressing. Please take it back to the old ways
Went to Fayetteville location at 710pm. It looked as though they had already cleaned over half of the food up. There was no salads not fruit. Went farther down the serving line there were about six shrimp sitting on a pan. Moving on down there were two dried up pork chops and some dried out bake chicken you would call it. No fried chicken not sure about country style steak and hardly any vegetables to choose from. If you are not going to have food available during posted open hours then change the posted time. The Fayetteville location is so bad now. What happened. The old location was great. The new one is nothing but a racist pit over half the time. It is apparent that most of there servers do not like white people and that is not just my opinion. I suggest either improve or close it like you done many of the others
Please consider a K&W in Hickory NC area. We desperately need a cafeteria in this area. Always loved the food. Miss the ones in Myrtle Beach.
I have been trying to find a K&W that still serves Breakfast! The only one that I heard of is to far away! With the virus scare almost over I pray that k&W will start serving Breakfast again! There are a lotttttt of people that would really like to enjoy such a good Breakfast again!

I recently visited Greensboro NC to do some shopping at the mall. We were hungry and asked the salesperson the best place to a grab a quick bite-she said K&W. She was absolutely correct….the service and food was AWESOME!!! I don’t know why you have chosen to close the K&W in Charlotte and the ones that were in nearby Pineville, because the food was always good. I will continue to drive to Greensboro to have a great meal and receive great service from store # 30. Service and quality food, was always K&W’s reputation…….it makes me sad that I no longer have K&W in Charlotte. Thanks for years of quality food…….hate to see you go.
