Hi I live in Anchorage Alaska and I know some of the employees that work in the Anchorage Golden Corral and I found out that the manager is taken $6 cash a day from each server tell them that they are thrown away silverware and so that’s how he’s getting his money back and that’s against the law I’m a employer myself I think somebody should address this if not I’m going to go to the news media hope you guys are paying attention

I would like to call your attention to a matter that I think is very misleading to the public. My husband and I just ate at Golden Corral #0678 in Waldorf, Maryland. When we paid for our meal we were asked what we were drinking. We both said sodas. Without asking what size drink we wanted we were handed these large cups. As we continued to eat, I noticed people around me with regular size glasses. Once I checked my bill I found that we had been charged $3.69 per drink. According to our waitress, there is no charge for the regular size drinks. In fact we saw a gentleman with a regular size cup get a refill. When customers are entering the restaurant, they should be asked what size drink they want and they should be told that the large drink is an additional $3.69. Is this how all your restaurants are run? This matter needs to be made clear to the customers.

Just to let all the veterans know the Golden Coral in Humble TX does not support the Veterans at all in fact the lady wouldn’t even serve my grandma because she said she was a veteran. I think all the vets should go eat free on Monday an never go back screw this dump an hell yes for the vets.

My family and I patronize Golden Corral quite often and will continue to do so. I do however have one complaint.
Your new commercial is in poor taste. I realize its just a commercial, but can you imagine being that little girl and being told your dad not only likes your brother more, but you rate less than the chicken on the platter. I’m not a snowflake and I’m all about free speech. But I do think your commercial is tasteless.

The Golden Corral in Louisville Ky on Taylorsville Rd treats its customers horribly by yelling and continuously advising them that if they don’t want to eat there then you can leave. The franchise owner told me today that I needed to stay in my place until someone told me to move as I was waiting to be seated. I took a few steps forward to see if ribs was on the menu and was told that I needed to stay still. I asked him why he felt he could speak to adults that way and was advised because he was the owner!

He than told me to get out and never come back before refunding my money. I have never been treated this way in ANY restaurant let alone an all u can eat buffet that keeps you in line for 30-40 minutes only to be yelled at once you reach the front of the line.

Golden corral that is on Miller Road in flint Michigan is becoming one of the filthiest restaurants around I think the company needs to pay a little closer attention to that restaurant they haven’t done any cleaning of carpets or inside the restaurant in a long time someone needs to come from corporate headquarters and take a look at the building in the facility I think it’s a shame

Store in Independence, MO. This must be franchise owned. The place is blocked off with dirty tables stacked with bins of dirty debris from previous customers. The so-called ‘cleared’ tables are still nasty and havent been wiped down. The area cordoned off for customers is downright N A S T Y! It stinks with stench of dirty, sweaty bodies. Tables in the corners are stacked with debris laden used table stuff in bins and there are old, sweat-hog type bar-fly women acting as waitresses, who are more interested in chatting with the ‘regulars’ who present (themselves) as fellow sweat-hogs, overweight, sweaty, dirty, nasty and in need of a bath. I walked away wishing for a place to wash my clothes and bathe myself! THIS PLACE NEEDS ATTENTION BADLY – CORPORATE WAKE UP CALL!!!!

The waitress was and has always been very nice and attentive, but today something happened that should have not happened, this is uncalled for and very serious. My wife asked for a refill of sweet tea in her to go cup with no additional Ice. The waitress brought back the tea with the cup filled with ice, the waitress said I know you said no ice but the ice it already had came to the top and it looks like I added ice but I didn’t. My wife drank some tea and it was unsweetened so I added sugar and tasted it to check if it would be sweet enough for her. The cup the waitress brought did not have a lid but we didn’t think anything of it and asked the waitress for a lid. My wife then tasted it and was ok with the taste but she then realized it had a lemon in it and she did not add the lemon. By this time we both got this horrific look on our faces realizing we both just drank from a cup that was NOT ours. We told the waitress and she said no worries I will bring you another tea and we were like that’s not the point, so we called the manager Ali and he seemed to think it wasn’t a big deal either and brought us a new tea. We told the manager even though they are very busy the waitress should not be serving different table their drinks at the same time. This is ridiculous and should Have never happened. 😡

My mother and I had lunch at the Golden Corral on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville FL yesterday. Food was good but it was hard to find a clean plate or bowl. You have a Golden Corral in Tyler Texas on Broadway avenue (HWY 69 south). You have some employees there that don’t deserve a job in the public service especially A RESTAURANT! Hostess and waitstaff were VERY VERY RUDE to my wife and our table. I went to the Golden Corral at 7700 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento CA 95823 yesterday. I went at 2:Pm for the senior discount. It had just turned 2 and the man ahead of me was trying to pay for his senior discount. The cashier refused to give it to him because she said that the register did not say it was 2 o clock. The clock on their wall said two minutes after 2. Everyones phones said it was after two. She did not say that she was going to correct it, so he could get his discount, just that he could not have it. She said their wall clock was wrong. It was not. So, he became upset and starting yelling, asking her why? The owner was called to the front and did nothing about the situation after hearing what was going on, he order the man to leave for yelling. He said nothing to the cashier , neither did anything about the register. I pulled my phone out to show her the time. After she saw that there was now a line of seniors waiting that wittnessed this, she gave the rest of use the discount. I have never ever seen a business treat a customer so badly. I believe this to be illegal.

Me and my family went to eat lunch after church. It was the store on 96th and Grant in Thornton Colorado. They sat all ten of us at a table in the corner but we literally had no elbow room. We were to close to eachother to eat our food and noticed that a table behind us was open. Half of my family went and sat at that table. The waitress asked if we were together we said yes, she said great and proceeded to wait on us. In the middle of the meal the manager Kim came up to my children to ask them why we had split table. When I came back to the table from serving they told me that she told them they could finish their meal. As I sat down she had come back and asked again what we thought we were doing using two tables. I turned my seat towards her as my back was turned away and I was eating. I asked her, what her problem was because she was loud and had her hand on the table leaned over my child’s food. I told her she had already came and said that we could finish our meal and what was the point of causing a scene in the middle of my familys meal. She said that even though the waitresses were ok with that they were not her and her as the manager needed that table. I could see her point but if her staff allowed us to eat and it caused a inconvenience the correct way to handle it should have been to discreetly ask us in private or allow us to finish as paying costumers and let us leave. She became noticeably agitated and began to raise her voice if we would just leave. I said if you give us our money back sure. She said she would and we followed her to the cash register. At this time we told her that the waitress threw one of our receipts away if she could look it up and the party with us could get reimbursed as well. The other party was our kids who paid seperatly. She yelled that the waitress throwing our receipt away was not her problem as if we were trying to lie about there being another receipt. There was 10 of us and on my receipt I had 6 paid for. There should have been no question. During us standing by the cash registers my son and his son were serving and had no idea we were leaving. She grabbed his plate and called him a bastard spilling food on him. He was trying to feed the baby who was holding his plate. She grabbed my son by the arm and hit my other son with her shoulder telling us now we were not getting refunded. She told us we were trespassing and when I told her we were paying customers to give us our money back so that we could leave she called the police. They came out and said it was unfortunate because they agreed it was handled incorrectly but that the easiest way to solve it was just to leave. We agreed. Corperate arrived his name is Dan Schuler and he stated that he would refund us both tickets but couldn’t at the time and to reach back out the next day. But as I got home I allowed myself to calm down and replayed if I or my family had done anything wrong. My blood boiled to realize we had played no part in creating a scene. We did nothing wrong. A Sunday family day turned into a huge mess as my family was thrown out and disrespected all because this manager felt the need to embarrass my family and put her hand on my child and call him a bastard because her staff allowed us to sit at seperate tables and she was obviously over whelmed. But that shouldn’t of been my familys problem. Something needs to happen so this don’t happen to another family. Its a family restraunt. We were treated as if we were terrible people. That was not at all the case.

The Golden Corral on Loop 289, Lubbock, Texas, has very good food and is clean where the food is located. The floors in this location are dirty and very unappetizing. They do a lot of busy but I feel if they redid their floors they would have more customers.
