Good afternoon, my name is Luis Anez. After a more than unpleasant experience with Flow, I can now say that unfortunately, I would not recommend buying used cars from Flow Mazda, Buick, GMC and Land Rover. I purchased a 2016 Toyota 4runner 2 months ago. Within the first week, the lift gate was damaged, I had to buy the part with my own money. 30 days from purchasing my car, the horn stopped working, making my car unable to pass an inspection. 60 days from my purchase I noticed my car was shaking when I applied the brakes. I took it to Flow Mazda, where I had purchased the vehicle to get it checked out and they said I had to speak to the manager of used car sales, Jeff B. He told me he couldn’t help me as I had declined the extended warranty and bought a used car. I told him I was not looking to get anything for free, and I was aware I had to pay I just wanted my car looked at. He told me he was very busy and was wasting his time, I let him know I believed my car wasn’t inspected properly and that it was put for sale without being in the proper conditions. I told him my mechanic had told me the car was not in good shape and he shrugged his shoulders as if he did not care to help me. He also told me twice he did not understand my English, in an almost mocking manner and it seemed he was making a deliberate point to poke fun of the fact that I am Hispanic. I have worked with Flow at the Luxury Collision Center in Winston Salem, and the treatment I was shown in no way reflects what I thought the company was. Jeff B is an awful manager with poor costumer service skills, he belittled me and showed that once the sale was made the costumer did not matter to him. If he is an accurate representation of Flow I can confidently say I will no longer be buying any cars from Flow and strongly discourage others from doing business with Flow
