EarthFare in Athens, Ga. Problem going on over two months now! The ice machine is not working. They said repairmen have visited and tried. It worked temporarily and quickly broke again. If you can’t fix it, replace it. This is not acceptable in a restaurant in summer. This is July in Georgia! Fix it! Get off your duffs and fix it! Even the employees said it’s hard on them when they’re working and they can’t get a drink of ice water.

Athens Ga – For a month their ice machine at the drink counter has been out. No ice. Heat wave weather and no ice for drinks in here which are warm to hot coming out of the dispenser. NO ICE. Other customer in here is fanning herself with a newspaper. It is warm in here. And no ice if you get a drink with your meal. I have brought this issue up to them each time and nothing is being done about this. I asked the guy behind the counter When are they going to fix this? He actually had the nerve to say It’s not broken. I said Oh yes it is! It certainly isn’t working is it?! He had no answer. I brought it up to the cashier who gave me a different story – said they have to get somebody down from corporate to fix it and they’re waiting … for a month now? That did it for me. I’m complaining and leaving a bad review. And contacting corporate next. Ugh.

From what I could tell, the store was never run properly due to very poor management. This is a college town, and there was never a lack of employable students who relished working at our store. Find someone who can run the store so that it turns a profit, and please reopen it.

Its easier for me to go to Whole Foods but I do all my shopping at your store specifically because you offer sliced, organic sourdough bread. Will you please fix the bread slicer??
