This morning my father and I went to biscuitville for breakfast. We ordered two biscuits and gravy and a stake biscuit and no they were not busy at all. Anyway after we ordered we pulled up to the window and we paid for everything and right after, literally 5 seconds after paying they told us that they are out of biscuits and it will be 15 minutes to make more. If I had that kind of time I would have just gone to a sit down restaurant instead of this place. I told her you should say that it will be a wait before I even pay because they knew they were out of biscuits before I even ordered. I told her to give me my money back and I guess they did not want to do that so she told me that they we will give you English muffins instead and I was in a hurry because it’s morning time and we are going to work, so I said ok. It should end there but it does not. When we finally got our food I should have checked it before waiting to get to work to eat because yes my stake biscuit was on a English muffin but they DID NOT I repeat DID NOT give me any muffins or anything for our biscuits and gravy they just gave us gravy and NO I did not ask for just gravy I asked for biscuits and gravy but I guess I pissed them off because I told them you should really let the customer know that you are all out of something when they order it not after they pay, it’s called common sense and common courtesy. We love eating from biscuitville and we have been eating from biscuitville for a long time even before that one opened but I don’t think we will be back. I understand that businesses are hurting for employees, but that does not excuse the incompetence of the employees and management at that store. And how is that store out of biscuits at like 8:30 in the morning anyway? The store is in lincolnton NC
