Hello , On 6/19/24 I acquired a Lexus NX250 2025 at Lexus in San Juan, Puerto Rico and according to the attached page I am entitled to a three-month free subscription. The radio doesn’t have the application installed and I can’t access the subscription. I would appreciate your help in this regard. My dealer is not helping me for this matter. I tall them that they have to program my radio and install Sirius XM as standard feature of a vehicle buy in the USA market, as Puerto Rico is part of USA. I need someone who really help me in this matter and I will be grateful for your assistance and cooperation

I have a confirmation number when I wrote an email to Lexus USA. If anyone reads this post here is my number 240229002579. I will not stop writing until I get an answer (from a decision maker) and not some warranty girl on the phone – who did not recognize the model LS 600hL.
I have an improvement idea I would like to suggest to engineers. I own a Lexus NX. You push gear shift to left and forward for reverse, you push the gear shift to the left and pull back for drive. I am getting used to this situation. Is it possible to push shift to left and push back for reverse and push shift to left and push forward for drive. This would enable driver to push in the direction the auto is going to GO! I get the sense I am pushing the shifter in the wrong direction for the direction I want it to go.

I guess we have a good idea of what will happen with my daughter’s letter then too. She just wrote a letter and mailed it for a defective fuel pressure rail sensor. Seems Lexus has a lot of issues they are refusing to address.
I am not on social media and trying to find Scott’s email was difficult – so I wrote a letter and sent pictures of my dashboard – if fact I have sent 3 others dept leaders letters – no response. Very unprofessional and seemingly below them to answer an email or responding letter. Embarrassing.
VERY DISAPPOINTED – I wrote Scott Thompson about me Lexus LS 600hL and he is unable or unwilling to contact me with the defective dashboard. He is the CEO and everything starts and stops with him. I want him to correct my problem. Stephen 949-291-7749
