Yes ,I’m a big spender on yalls game ,game of thrones slots . I have been a vivid spender ,but the game has become a bore with no exciting wins in a very long time and not 1 jackpot in over 3 months feels long though. Not sure what y’all did to the game ,but put it back to the way it use to be. The game is too greedy ,im almost 100% positive if y’all did the players like me and the rest better yalls wallets would be fatter. Unfortunately at this point I have lost faith in the game and most likely will be quiting and taking my money somewhere else. It would take some crazy wins or jackpots to change my mind ,but doubt this will happens as to the fact I have come to ,that y’all must not care. I won the yellow major award of $326,000,000,000 (plus) on March 22cd of this year (2019) while playing Hit it Rich in the VIP room of Spin it rich on the bonus game. I was playing on my laptop. I was congratulated for winning it but never got the coins. I reported it within minutes (10 or so) after I won and kept after them up until today when I was told I was a liar and the that winning did not show up and that I should have taken a screen shot. I am 65 years old, disabled and have to elevate my knees for the most part of the day and enjoy Hit it Rich (or used to anyway) and I don’t know how to take a screen shot! And even if I did, the page doesn’t last long enough and goes back to the game. I will swear on a stack of bibles (and that means a lot to me) that I won that amount. It is humiliating to be told that I was wrong and that the win did not happen. They say they gave me some coins to make me feel better but I didn’t even get those (unless it was like 10,000,000 that wouldn’t have shown up anyway)… Evette Love is the person that sent me the email. I would like this resolved. I have bought coins from you for years now but never again… you don’t trust your own consumers and haven’t got the right people checking on stuff like this. Shame on you. They continue to rob players daily. They give nothng, and then call players to make a purchase. Who does this ? Only Zynga. I have reported them too BBB. I am told they received no response from them. Now I am working with The Federal Trade Commission.. I have allowed them to login to my game. So they can see for themselves what is going on..

I feel you on this ,I have spent a lot of money on their game of thrones slots game and have gotten little to no help from support . They seem to only care about the money,but only to the point of receiving it, if it stop oh well to the next sucker.
