Omg, this has been a nightmare. My entire order was canceled and lost all items. No one could tell me why. Finally found out it was not my fault and it was “too bad so sad” goodbye! Never again. And I used to talk your company up. Not anymore!!

NO delivery complaint. I called Cottage Farms today & spoke to Karissa who was polite was able to provide a accurate answer, the package was never mailed and is no longer available until next year 2022.I want corrective action taken against representatives who did not assist me and gave me false correinformation. I reached out several times to Zuilly and your Care Representatives did not try to resolve my complaint
