At the Tulsa Oklahoma location on 61st St. My truck key was accidentally sucked up by one of their vacuums and I’ve been sitting here now for over an hour and a half because they refuse to shut down the vacuum so I can look in one of the bins. My child in the meantime, has been waiting on me to pick them up from school Now for an hour and a half along with an office staff member at his school who had to stay behind to sit with him because I’m a single dad and I don’t have anybody I can call instead of being helpful. The most attendant told me it wasn’t her problem and that she had other customers needing the vacuum so here I am still waiting and no one is helping me . I called customer service to find out what to do when I was hung up on three times. needless to say, I will never be coming back to a zips car wash ever again ever!!!
I canceled my membership last month and they still took money out the following month. Whatever shit they have going on at the head quarters they need to get it right. Then have the audacity to say no refund. Y’all took my money a month after I already canceled my shit! Figure that shit out. $45 that should still be in my damn account.
My husband and I have been members for almost two years. Overall it has been a good experience.
Not sure if each location is privately owned or not.
We go to the Market Commons Myrtle Beach, SC location.
About 3 months ago we noticed that the right side tires were not getting the tire wet applied to them. So we mentioned it to the Manager yesterday. He did come out to apply the tire wet. He said that there was a mechanical problem. If it continues to happen I will inquire about reducing the $30 monthly membership fee.
In addition the public bathroom at this location is disgusting. Today someone pooped on the toilet seat. I had to put toilet paper on the seat so I could go potty. Then the paper towel machine only dispenses 2″of paper towel at time.
Someone from your corporate location really needs to investigate these issues.
Cancel my account a month ago. And they are still charging me. Now I have to get my bank to stop payment

Zips car wash Bought Turbo jet car wash which I had a year membership with. Zips has now charged my credit card 20 dollars for the last 2 months. I did not authorize them to use my card. They are not an Honest Company
I have a membership at the location on Nieman Rd in Shawnee Kansas. I have had a membership here for years and recently this location switched to “Zips” ownership. Since then, the vacumes are NEVER working, and crummy machines that work with low suction, and today I have been in line for over 20 minutes because the automated washer is not working. I received the worst service from one of the employees. Very frustrating experiences since this became a “Zips”
Why is it impossible to get ahold of someone? The guy in charge of the location I have complained about scratching my car keeps blowing me off. Never responds to emails or returns phone calls. This is the worst place you can every get a car wash, let alone address the issues. So many complaints and terrible customer service. Even the workers admitted to the carwash causing the scratches.
I’ve been trying and trying to reach out to corporate as an employee at one of these washes about how we are all being treated by the district manager Garrett Travis and have not gotten any response. I have contacted my lawyer and so have other employees in regards to the way that the man you all have trusted to guide us at work he makes snide comments and belittled the employees to where they cry and has even said he doesn’t care about our site he tour keys never comes to exchange zips money in the Pay stations we get threatened multiple times over refunds because he doesn’t change money. He never actually helps us do anything he yells at us tells us how horrible we are. Also we have been told numerous times our site is 45 minutes from his house he doesn’t care about us because we are a hassle for him . I actually was on the phone purposely to witness this man degrading another employee.also he says only one person gets overtime… we have 3 full time people 2 have keys… it’s not possible to only work 40 hours and be open 7 days a week… so do we close for two days and get fired and screed at or do we get overtime and get fired and screamed at because either way we will be in trouble. I am begging for someone to help us resolve this issue
Natalie at the New Caney, TX is a rude little bitch as a manager. Saw the video of my vehicle entering the car wash but then say the damage didn’t happen there. Really?! I have a piece of your car wash stuck in my door handle!! But it didn’t happen there? Ok! Whatever!
I visited your location in Cleveland Ga this morning and was shocked by the amount of trash in the vacuum area. It was about 10am and not busy so the employees could have been cleaning the grounds. I do enjoy your car wash but the surroundings need serious attention. Also the towels provided, while appreciated, stink and leave smear marks all over the car – I’m guessing they are not clean. Thank you for the opportunity to share this.
I’ve worked for this company(Zips Carwash)for what would’ve been 5 years on 12/3/22 & I’ve been FALSELY accused by former employees whom I believe to be upset cause I’m still working & they aren’t…Not only that, I’ve been the driving force for the site(Youree Drive) as we under gone several different changes from Upper & Lower Management. Due to my work ethics, I remained there & even acted as though I was site manager since there wasn’t one & I didn’t even get paid extra for any of that…I’ve at one point worked 7 days a week for a month cause there wasn’t anyone to cover all shifts. This particular location(site)has had SEVERAL robberies, which was reported….even during one of the robberies(Feb.or March), the perpetrators smashed the camera equipment & the District Manager(Ben Sneed)at the time KNOWINGLY continued on with business without making sure we had cameras/alarms to prevent any other issue. He just hired another Site Manager & business resumed as usual. Then, we were robbed again & ONCE again, nothing was done as far as safety/security…..& as I sit here typing right now, there are STILL NO CAMERAS!!….& I can’t understand, how I get FALSELY accused & WRONGFULLY terminated for rumors of me stealing when there’s no tools put in place…I went in to work on Friday, 10/21/22, and the NOW District Manager(Lindsey) tells me that I’m under investigation due to the PAST robberies because someone went over her head & contacted Human Resources stating that they over heard in a barber shop that I was involved in the robberies & due to the investigation, I can NO LONGER WORK!…but, I have a few questions..If a company REALLY suspected an employee of robberies from 7-8 months ago, WHY would they continue to let them work for THIS long?…HOW could they believe an EX employee over me without giving me an opportunity to express my thoughts regarding the issue before just firing me?…& WHERE’S THE PROOF?????….
a few weeks ago, after hearing rumors on my own, I attempted to reach out to Human Resources through email regarding rumors, employee/management confidentiality, but NEVER received a response..
Can you please take a look at the details & see if there’s anything you can assist me with cause NOT ONLY do I love my job, I NEED MY JOB!!!!!!!!

P.S. I’ve attached a copy of the 1st email I sent a few weeks ago when I first started hearing the accusations/rumors, but NEVER received a reply/response….
My car was damaged at the Zips at 7931E. 37th N. in Wichita, KS. One of their pieces of equipment that spins the brushes came loose and popped the front passenger side bumper of my car out of its clips and folded the mirror over. I thought someone had hit the car inside the wash. The young man working was very polite and apologized profusely but said it had torn his license plate off earlier in the day but they thought it was fixed (obviously not). We filed a claim on July 10, 2022 and they requested I get two quotes for repairs. I did and turned them in, one for $165 and one for $167 so not much damage but a pain to have to go around get the quotes, take it in for the repair and be without the car for a day. I’ve spoke with the manager Jamison on several occasions and he’s told me the claim is still pending. I am a member of the monthly wash club but am now afraid to take my car through their car washes.
My wife got a car wash in Hickory NC in June of this year. She adamantly stated that she did nor want a membership. We have just noticed Zips has taken $40.00 out a month since that visit for a single car wash. I am sure this is just an oversight and not purposely fraudulent billing. Please help us remedy this situation.
I am currently dealing with this same thing and have been told they will only refund 3 months. You can’t erroneously sign someone up for a membership and then tell them you can only refund 3 months becuse you didnt notice you were being stolen from earlier!
I was trapped in one of your car washes here in Winter Garden Fl while my car was repeatedly hit from behind and I repeatedly hit the truck in front of me. I have damage to my front end and the management at this locations says it’s not their fault because the truck in front of me hit his breaks. This doesn’t make sense to me as I tried hitting my breaks so that I wouldn’t keep hitting him and it didn’t do any good. This experience not only messed up my car but it also totally freaked me out. I was literally trying to figure out how to get out of my car so I wouldn’t keep getting hit. Do you not have any safety measures in your car washes to prevent this? I now have a sore neck and may need to get that looked at in addition to the front end of my car. I am currently spreading the word to everyone I know that this carwash is not safe! Does your corporate office have insurance for situations like this since my local car wash doesn’t seem to be able to do anything? I feel like this place should be inspected for some serious safety upgrades!
Incredibly frustrating when MacArthur. Location closes half hour early for no known reason, happens frequently, or vacuums are clogged !!!!@
I was with my 75 year old mother today at the Zips on Clinton Highway in Knoxville, TN 37912 and have a very serious issue with the customer service received today. This was my mothers maybe 2nd time there ever and was and is not familiar with the process. I have never heard anyone speak to another person the way she was spoken to today. I unfortunately did not get the persons name but he had on an orange shirt and a white hat on, the time was approximately 12:30 pm today Tuesday October 4. The person was literally yelling and screaming at her and had her so upset that she was about to start crying. The car was never completely washed or rinsed and she was too upset to go in and speak with the manager on duty but they will be called also. This person should not be working in a customer service position and your company should be embarrassed and ashamed by hiring that type of person to represent your company. An apology will not suffice and the person should lose their job. I would appreciate an email and or a phone call to know what will be and is done regarding this issue. I will also be contacting several people to let them know the way she and I were treated.
