I will not buy Yankee candle merchandise ever again. I called in an order and used coupons I had just received. I was quoted $29 and asked if the person who took my order would call me back to confirm the amount before placing the order. The next day I called Yankee to verify the amount (since I hadn’t heard back). I was told the amount was $89. I said to cancel the order and I was told it already was shipped. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I sent the merchandise back unopened. 2 months later I find that they billed me again on my credit card. I have another charge on my credit card and no merchandise to show for it! BBB will get a call.

Why oh why are you discontinuing your most popular candle, HOLLYBERRY? I stocked up last year and was told it would most assuredly return in Dec. 2019. While at a Yankee Candle store tonight, 3 people came in looking for the candle. The cashier said that a woman returned an old one and the woman behind her bought it from her. Please don’t email me your apologies….your loyal customers would like an answer and a return of this long time favorite of MANY!

I will NEVER order from Yankee Candles again .. My online Christmas shipment is missing three items . Forget trying to get ahold of anyone in customer service you’re told an hour wait time. REALLY??? I tried calling the toll free number three times and did wait the hour NO RESPONSE!!
Then went on line and emailed customer service THREE times with NO response back . I have also tried to reaching the corporate number at 413.665.8306 and was placed on hold .. No one answered!
Now its time to file with the BBB!
There are other wonderful candle companies out there that deserve our business. NOT YANKEE CANDLES

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for 3 days now. Last night I waited on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be hung up on before I could speak to anyone. I have emailed, called, written on twitter, Instagram & facebook to no avail. I am in complete shock that I cannot get in touch with anyone. I am feeling kind of scammed. I bought my candles 10 days ago and they still haven’t shipped. Looks like I wont have them before the holidays at this point. If not, I want my money back and I will never support this company again.

We have used yankee candles for many, many years to provide a welcome scent in our Fargo home. Especially in our long winters,it has always provided us with a wonderful warm feeling. Except recently: we have purchased “Christmas Wreath” and there is hardly any scent. What has happened to our dependable candle company?

What has happened to Yankee Candles? I have returned 5 different jars to the Yankee Candle store near me over the last 6 months due to the candles not emitting the scent. Looks like this will be jar number 6 going back. I have used these candles for many years with no problem, but now I’m not going to purchase any more. I can’t keep running back and forth returning unscented candles. Please explain to me why the candles have changed where they no longer have a scent when they burn. Sorry to say, but I will have to find another brand.
