I have been trying to find out why Yahoo deletes all of my comments when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive. It clearly has nothing to do with liberal/conservative political leaning. It seems to be a total absence of customer service and an auto-censor.
It’s a poorly conceived business plan that tells you to disregard customers.

COMMENT: The heading implies the teenager is a hamburger eater, but it could be that that day was his first time of eating hamburger. The correct heading must read “Texas officer fired after shooting a teenager
eating hamburger”. Even if yahoo got the news elsewhere with incorrect heading, Ken Miller should have provided the correct heading.

I have been trying for months to find out why Yahoo deletes all of my comments when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive. Customer support doesn’t seem to be able to reply. That seems to be a poor way to deal with your users.

I have an old Yahoo account and it has very old login identifiers. How do i change this to get back into it. It has an old phone number and incorrect email address. SHould ot have changed to another company. Don’t know if I am emailing yahoo but hope so. Am not a computer whiz. Don’t even have internet access on home or phone, just library. Retired with just a plain flip phone.

Yahoo ONLY publishes anything pro-Democratic. I use yahoo for email and all other of its products. But it got to the point that I start to look at the stories and articles and think to myself. Is yahoo trying to brainwash me and all the people looking at this stuff? Obviously, the answer is yes.

I want to thank Yahoo for live streaming certain college football games and this years Super Bowl for free. I was out of work for a little over 2 years and could not justify the cost for cable or satellite. I haven’t seen a live news broadcast in that entire time. Thanks to you I am able to watch the Super Bowl. Not really into going to a bar to watch it. You guys are awesome
