To whom it may concern:

I went to your Xpresspa in Atlanta at the airport today 6/8/24 and the young lady who was doing my manicure (reese) was late coming in and smelled just like marijuana the odor was so strong my child asked me what’s that smell.

And then during the whole service she stayed on her cellphone talking to whomever about a guy.

Her nails were so long and sharp she scratched my hand while she was giving the manicure.

I’m not telling how to run your establishment but this young lady is very unprofessional and shouldn’t come to work smelling like that.

My fingers are so sore from the manicure she had two fingers bleeding, so I hope they don’t get infected and I’ll have to get legal matters started.
