We are so angry with WOW services, rather non services. We had an appointment last Wednesday July 13, 2022 from 10:00 -1:00. No one showed up. I called WOW and was told we did not have an appointment. We rescheduled the appointment for today, July 18, 2022, was told between 11:00 – 2:00. We received a phone call a short while ago, saying they would be here between 8:00 – 11:00. I called to verify and was told we do not have an appointment today but have on on Wednesday July 20, 2022. This is the second time we have taken personal time from our work to wait for WOW. WOW has a monopoly in our area so we are in a sense being held hostage. Don’t think I have ever experienced such poor quality of service. This is not our first time for issues with WOW. Customer Service is not YOUR strong suit.
I had an appointment this morning it was canceled with no notice. I spoke to 2 foreign call center employees who could not help me. I asked to speak to their supervisors, still waiting. I spoke to the last representative. who gave me the information without all of the foolishness. I would not know my appointment was canceled if I didn’t call. I can’t reschedule evidently because I got frustrated when no one would help me. I have yet to hear from the mananger In order to find out if the outage in my area is cleared and I can reschedule an appointment that you all cancelled without notice, is to continue to call in to people who now rudely won’t assist me. Your customer service is awful.
I was overcharged for 3 months they were charging me for 2 plans. I had called multiple times asking why my bill was so high. Finally someone helped me straighten it out and my account was credited so they said. I should have had 2 and a 1/2 months of not having to pay my bill because of the overcharges. The service rep agreed. However, the following month my Internet was shut off saying I had past due amounts that were not paid. So I called back again. And it took another hour going through the same thing that I went through the month before and they said oh wait yeah it does show a credit you’re good. And then what happens the following month my account is shut off again. This makes the 4th time today that my account has been shut off and I should be paid up until next month. My account is showing I have a past due which there should be nothing. This is beyond ridiculous and I am very angry. I literally have had to take anOK., more each time out of my work day the last few months to deal with this. This is definitely NOT ok.
I guess this is how customers contact management. I cannot send e-mails. I called for assistance and the first person who attempted to fix the problem basically wasted roughly half an hour and finally told me that I have an e-mail problem that he couldn’t fix. The second person took an hour and did not fix the problem either and worse – now I have 3 e-mail identical accounts. Any suggestions?
I have been trying to get an email address to send photos of the outside setup of my cable to no avail. I’ve had numerous issues over the years and have been told work orders would be submitted only to learn I was lied to. I would like to speak with someone in management and provide photos.
WOW,is a mess now.Had it 6 years ago. Nothing like this mess.they hooked up line, gave me the modem and wifi and ran.Call tech support they don’t no anything. It’s gone down hill.
M y name is Joe Nasypany. The E-mail account manager. The Billing account is in the name of Betty Logsdon. We have no E-mail. The software will not allow me to access it. I have talked to several people in the billing and accounting department. They are unable to assist or cannot in this problem. One hung up on me and the other shunted to elsewhere.
