    After not coming to clean my room after a month because i been cleaning it myself they wait til i leave to work to come into my room look around and leave nothing was cleaned im missing airpods and paperwork stated i had a mess and filth due to meat defrosting and groceries in my room and then want to place an eviction after a month.     Worst ever. I’m making a complaint about the columns ohio location 4202 transit drive. I been there almost 2 mts. All of sudden my 2nd mt came up. They were talking about paying for my 2 little puppies. All of sudden it became a problem. They should have told me to pay on day 1 not 30 days later. So yes I left and yes I’m going to complain. Your employees need to be fired. The hallways stank the carpet in my room was dirty and not to mention this hotel is overpriced to

    Do you ever look at all these bad comments? Because I just had the worst experience ever staying at your Lafayette location. Based on the comments, mine will just be mixed in because that is exactly how bad it really is in your establishments. Broken elevator, stopped up sink, leaky fridge, no accommodations for the broken elevator and minimal guest services….. I’ve had better quality service at a Motel 8 and that’s not saying much for you guys. Does anyone ever get refunded or any perks from complaining? Will you actually do something about your facilities being that they are pretty new but far from being good though? This was our last stay there and would not recommend your hotel to anyone…. Well maybe homeless people as they may appreciate it better than being outside.

      She was so rude I say why
      I didn’t understand
      Because I asked her I’m concerned about not sure but some one hidden camera here just let her know
      She started loud voice

      So okay can I just check and she say no and left
      Say I will call the police
      Oh my God
      What is wrong with her

    In town for work meetings for this week Aug 18-Aug 25-When I arrived (Zionsville indiana ), it took 3 rooms before your hotel found me a satisfactory room(dirty-urine on toilet, floor dirty, excessive dog hair,etc). I had to use my own clothes to dry off for two days because never anyone at the desk (tried 9:12am and 4:47pm). One evening maintenance woke me up around 930pm (I get up at 4 am)and asked me to move to another room asap due to water leak). One evening two policeman knocked on my door due to a complaint on my floor and it was the wrong door (someone from hotel gave them wrong number). I am a choice member for years and this was the most inhospitable and disaster week I have ever experienced. I am asking for a courteous refund immediately. I am also contacting the corporate office to voice my concerns about this hotel location. I expect a prompt response. I am one to never complain but my dollars were wasted. Very very disappointed!

    we have been here since March when we arrived in our rooms, we found the microwave didn’t work. They didn’t do anything at the front desk, but the maintenance guy did bring us a microwave. It was available and the refrigerator leaked ruined our food and it continues to leak and still has not been fixed. We’ve been here since March cabinet door underneath the stove area was broken reported that same time as the microwave and refrigerator leaking we had to mop it up constantly AC was working but it stopped maintenance guy fixed. It worked for a little while and it stopped again. They still have not fixed it. Where are these items were fixed one of the drawers was stuck we open it. We tried to open it when we tried to open it. The whole front came off , the drain doesn’t in the bathtub doesn’t drain properly. It’s very slow I bought my own drain cleaner to fix it. It worked for a little while a little then worked at great. We buy our own trash bags. We buy our own toilet paper we can charge for linens so we do our own linens a few months ago they came in and fogged all of the rooms throughout the hotel , but they didn’t bother to give us clean linen to replace what they sprayed or fogged on so we have our own linens that we use today the manager without notice without warning without any kind of notification came in decided to go through the room stated shut up the paper, stating that excessive amounts of failure and failure to remove trash and debris, which was not true, because I personally this morning change the trash bag and took the trash out when I left for work so that part wasn’t true. Then she says excessive amounts of failure and failure to remove dishes, dirty dishes, and or food containers. There were no food containers, but there were dirty dishes because I cooked last night it was late when we got back I cooked late. I was tired and had to be up early this morning so I would was planning on doing the dishes when I got home , and then she writes on here. She tags this on another line on here, unsafe conditions due to failure to put, and or organize personal belongings. Everything put away we have suitcases containers we use the shelves for the shoes everything is put away the only thing that was on the floor was shoes underneath the bed and she gives us 24 hours to get it all done or she’s going to charge us $50 when she hasn’t even bothered to fix anything or tea even talk to us and she came in without any notification and she waited to somebody wasn’t here they tried to come in before when my granddaughter was in the shower she came out of the shower and somebody’s walking through the door. No notice they’re just coming in the manager Ashley here not a people person by any means she like to let everyone know that she’s a manager and she has authority , if you understand what I mean. I’m a hard-working person I’m a medical assistant I work all day. I’m gone before seven and I don’t get home till after six. I don’t get back till after six. This isn’t really a home but I try and my granddaughter tries to make sure everything is decent , my granddaughter has OCD everything Hass to be put away. We have our own mop our own vacuum. We do this every day while vacuuming every day it doesn’t get mopped every day, but it does get vacuumed every day and for her to come in with us unannounced and tell me that I need to get it done within 24 hours or she’s going to charge me $50 when she hasn’t even bother to fix anything get anything fixed , I have put in several several work orders work tickets whatever you wanna call them over the last few months since we came here they told me that I have to put a work order in. I said OK so I’ve been down to the front desk several times to put in work orders for everything that has not been done maintenance guy can only do so much he doesn’t have an AC unit to replace it doesn’t work properly. We’re sweating every night. He doesn’t have a refrigerator to replace or something to fix the refrigerator. The cabinet door that’s an easy fix, but still hasn’t been fixed , so yes, I am very upset that manager has the nerve to come in here and give me this paper that says to get these 3 things done in 24 hours or she is going to charge me $50. The first one’s a not true , I personally change the trash bag myself this morning and took trash out to dumpster. The second one. Yes there is dirty dishes. I didn’t feel like cleaning them it was late I was planning to do it the next day and as far as unsafe conditions that’s ridiculous with children here we can’t have unsafe conditions, we vacuum , mop supply on trash bags we supply our own toilet paper we ask for no linens. I pay for this room and nothing has been fixed manager has not been helpful, but she has been unprofessional and not kind or compassionate not necessarily to me , but I’ve seen it with others. there is a new manager here at Ray. He has been very helpful. He does whatever he can. Whatever he’s allowed or capable of doing he’s good to the staff. He’s good to the guests here and does what he can. What he’s capable of doing what he has allowed to do what he’s able to do with compassion and understanding whether he can do something for us, help us or not he is always explains and let us know I can’t do this or I can’t do that I can help you like this or like that the other manager is complete opposite a people person by any means not friendly. She’s in charge and she wants you to know and understand that and not in a nice way. If you have a problem with the bill and like to discuss it she is ready to push back on anything you have to say. Not a people person. as a matter of fact, if she sees this, I’m afraid she might retaliate in someway.

    One other thing I wanted to mention is, it’s a brand new hotel it’s very nice and the guests that are staying here for long-term. Want to keep it very nice and we are trying our best to help keep it nice your elevator since the time it is opened, which is only been a few weeks has been down four times already, it breaks constantly. I truly believe there should’ve been two elevators put in a four-story hotel. That’s just my opinion maybe it’s not something that Hass to be done but it’s used constantly all day and all night and for it to be breaking already and then the trash situation you guys have one dumpster for this entire hotel when you have kitchens inside your room, there’s going to be more trash. I find it overflowed almost every other day and I believe you only have one maintenance person that works here and when the trash truck comes to pick up, he’s only taking what’s in the trash dumpster and then your employee has to stand out here and put all the trash. It’s on the ground because it overflowed Into the dumpster. I just think maybe another dumpster needs to be put in.

    My husband and I are staying at one of your locations and we’re going to be here for probably eight months while our house is being remodeled, but I must mention something I truly believe there should be on site security at night time definitely in the city of Bellflower, California we definitely deal with on a nightly basis, homeless people that lives behind your hotel next to the freeway, at one point, a homeless man came in and took one of your luggage rolling carts, and took it to the side of the freeway to wear my self mention it to another guest and he went and retrieved it, and at that time before he retrieved get that homeless person, the same man that was leading by people, other people that are staying in a hotel, because he was telling a lie and saying he left his keys upstairs, but he had no shirt on those shoes and they let him in and that’s how he was able to take your first cart he returned to get the second card and who knows what else she was trying to take. It’s not feeling very safe especially when you only have one staff member here at night that is really not walking around outside and watching what’s going on? I truly believe there needs to be security here especially at this branch here in Bellflower, they also follow guest around in the parking lot asking for money for cigarettes. It’s really uncomfortable and I’m not the only one that is concerned about this. Thank you.

    Hello I stayed at the wood springs suite in Baton Rouge Louisiana. My stay was for 10 days. When I checked in I requested a handicap room with two beds. I was supposed to be accommodated the next day with the room I need. They stated the next day there was no handicap room with double beds. My room beds did not have sheets or pillow cases on the bed I had to go down to front desk to get pillow case towels and sheets. This is day two of our stay and the room has not been cleaned. It was stated that we have to clean our rooms ourself and that we have to come down to front desk to get clean sheets and towels and toilet paper. The hotel is very dirty.

    I have a issue with the hotel in Tucson az they told me what the room rate was after I checked in then they said they needed a credit card to put a hold for accidentals and I told them that was never said to me! So I did and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my mo ey back from them call and the manager is never there guess it’s part time!! I call corporate and no luck this is just crazy how Gary and Bruce who own these hotels have people unqualified and untrained to do there job how can you manage a building when your not there managers are leaders and should be there or have a two shifts and always a manager on site always!! I feel like I’m Bing toyed with and robbed of my deposit when the room was the same when I got there it’s like they hope people don’t check if they got there deposit back!! Very disappointed will be put this on Google so when people see this they will know!!

    We are staying in the addison illinois location I will have to say that the STAFF that works at this location are amazing their always there if you need them the two ladies and gentlemen that works at the front desk are awesome the only thing that is bad at this location is the outside cameras our car got hit on their property which it needs repairs and they told us their is nothing they can do which upset us so now our car is sitting with damage on it wish they had cameras outside for the guest protection as well as for the staff

    I was with a friend at your Linden New Jersey suite and you need to give employees more hours or higher my employees the managers don’t want to do anything especially your male manager he is a lazy s.o.b and expects everyone other employee to do everything I also heard him say to on employee we don’t have funds for more employees and they really need it or give some of the employees more hours during the days cause he doesn’t do anything

    I would love for somebody at corporate to actually do something regarding the NUMEROUS times I’ve called and reached out regarding the Clermont, FL location…..the woman managing the property has such a disregard for other people, if she is the “face” of the hospitality industry, you all should fear employing her.     Horrible customer service . I called to the desk about the smell in the hallway which is a constant issue. It’s so bad it makes you feel sick. I also asked for a different room because the person above me is stopping on the floor running the shower at two and 3 o’clock in the morning and I am a healthcare worker and I have gotten no sleep for days.
    The floors in the rooms are not insulated to walk out any kind of noise you can hear everything it is the worst hotel stay I have ever had.
    I said I’m not asking for a full refund. I’m just asking to check out early and get refunded for the days that I’m not staying there and she said sorry it was in the contract . I did not sign up to stay in a place that reeks like a dumpster site
    Unbelievable that I cannot get refunded for days I can’t stay there due to the poor conditions .
    I guess I will just have to leave my feed back on the internet so the next person doesn’t get caught in a trap like I did.

    Good Afternoon

    I stayed at WoodSprings located in Clermont Florida, I was very disappointed first the hotel smelled like cigarettes even thought is was non smoking. The weather was cold in Florida I had to go to front desk to let them know the heat was coming out cold air only, they had some one come fix and they left a mess all over floor.Also I seen 2 roaches one in the bathroom and one in kitchen area, The comforter had stains on it, very nasty the room smelled very weird not fresh. For the price I could have stood near airport .Very disappointed with this location.

    Elevator don’t work from the second floor down or up. And I’m scared of the stairs. PLEASE PLEASE
    DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
    AND THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE PERSON TO
    FIXED THE TOILET SEAT 🚽 AND THE BATHROOM DOOR HANDLE.
