I’m a former employee of the Woodhouse Day Spa in Detroit, Michigan. I’m forced to contact you because of my last 2 checks that I have not received. I have contacted the owner (Ms. Cheryl Hudson). And Angelia the Spa Manager she allows to run it! To no prevail, I requested when I reluctantly resigned that I wish to have my checks mailed to me.
The reason is because the Mgr. Angelia that she allow to run her spa, is very ghetto and unprofessional. It’s being run in the ground . She actually terrorizes the staff, cheat Ms Hudson out of money and lies through her teeth about everything to everyone. Many of the good people leave cause the place is (UNBEARABLE).
Ms. Hudson went on an outing with some of her staff and realized she has a bunch of misfits/unprofessional Staff working for her. She even sent those that attended a letter stating this fact, now they are talking about suing her for realizing the truth. I could not take it there one more day and resigned, I just want my last 2 checks mailed out to me without them taking out parking. There’s much more to tell but I’m waiting on someone to do the right thing. Or I’m contacting The State Board and EEOC.
