Awful experience. Ordered tangosauras wings and 3 chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were burnt and black. Asked for the manager Lexie . She sent them back just so they could come back the same way. Called for the manager Lexie again and all she said was she could take them off ticket and she was sorry. I’ve eaten at the one in El Paso 100 times. Service is amazing. I’ve eaten here several times and the service is always bad. Menu always dirty. Shakers dirty. But the food was always good till today. I’ve also noticed all they do is stand in that drink station. Customers come in and aren’t greeted with a sever right away. This store needs lots of attention!
