Worst customer service at wetumpka hotel. I reserved a two queen room. On arrival was told I had king. . The night manager spent her time telling me what I did. I explained that all I received was a text confirmation of the room. I knew in advance that there would be 3 adults. She asked to see the confirmation. Basically refused to do anything to make situation correct. . I shared a king sized bed with two other senior adults. Karen didn’t care. Never offered to do anything to make the situation better. Except mote pillows and blankets. As if extra pillow and blankets would provide comfort. I went to the room and tried to contact reservations and nobody answered the phone. I looked on line and saw that the Montgomery location had a room.. I went back downstairs and asked about being relocated. Was told that Montgomery had nothing available. I was then told that I would still be responsible for my charges here. I now lay in a king bed on the edge of mattress unable to sleep. We were to stay two nights and was told that they could not guarantee a 2 queen room for second night. This is the second time I have been treated poorly by an employee of the WindCreek casino staff. I was told by another guest that the same thing had happen to them and another person in their party had to pitch a fit to get the manager to correct the situation. WindCreek best Hospitslity not by a long shot. I hope someone reaches out to me by Saturday. Yo resolve the mattes..
