WEDDING PRESENT – NEVER DELIVERED
This Gift PURCHASED IN Jan 2019 for wedding in Feb 2019….spent nearly $400.00 for special friend’s daughter and I recently found out it was never sent out!!!!!! HOW EMBARASSED AM I??????
I then reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and to date have not heard one word from anyone ….they took all my info and copies of receipt with mailing info, etc. ….they assured me the regional or district manager would be in touch.
a big ZERO…..no communication, acknowledgment, nothing, nothing!?!?!
I used think they were a great company, but this is unacceptable!!!
I will never shop there again and will go out of my way to let others know my experience….I know things happen and can understand people make mistakes, but once it’s brought to the companies attention and it’s ignored….someone’s not doing their job, or should I say alot of people aren’t doing their job.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Long story, but I have been waiting to get a refund for a legitimately returned item that was purchased from potterybarn.com for OVER ONE MONTH. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with them. They have SO MANY EXCUSES – computer problems, no one knows what is going on and they offer no apologies WHATSOEVER for the fact they have made incessant mistakes and I am still waiting on my $100. They’re system is antiquated to say the least. I implore anyone who reads this to buy what you’re looking for from another retailer. This company does not deserve to be in business!
This store has the rudest manager, Sawyer, we’ve ever encountered at a Williams Sonoma! We honestly don’t see how they stay in business. They have now lost us as customers forever. With so many options, why pay their premium prices and be treated rudely? We spent nearly $2,000.00 at WS last week and WILL NEVER SHOP AT WILLIAMS SONOMA AGAIN. Buyer beware: you not able to exchange or return a small “sale item” within 3 days with a receipt.
