My husband and I visited the Wild Wings in Warner Robins GA this weekend for a To Go Order. We were told it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait which was fine. An HOUR later we finally got our food! We watched other customers that came in at the same time as we did wait for a table, order, eat and leave before we even got our food. We were told a few times that they were waiting on the chicken feathers to cook. Once we got home, which is five minutes from the restaurant, the food was COLD and the wings were the puniest ones I have ever seen. All around a bad experience and we won’t go back. I have had better and cheaper wings from other places. WILD WINGS DO BETTER!

My family and I ordered a three flavor wing platter with 15 wings. The dry rub wings were hard over cooked and dried out. The mild wings were dry as well. The manager apologized, and brought out a new set of wings they were know better. Our main entree was luke warm french fries and broccoli was not hot. Our hamburg buns were not toasted for our sandwiches. This was a very horrible experience for my husband Birthday. I will never go back to Wild Wing Cafe in Chesapeake Va. I wish i could send a photo of our burnt dried wings. Horrible!

Visited Bluffton SC, Wild Wings last night. Did not scan the receipt to the app on my phone. When I entered the number listed on my receipt it told me that this receipt had already been scanned. I would like to know how this can be fixed and I can get my points.

have been your biggest fan from the beginning. I have been with you since the very beginning on the
“ DUCK POND”.
To say the least. I LOVE WILD WINGS!
I have never had any problems or issues with WW, but yesterday April 29,2020 I decided to try your Fried Chicken, I ordered two buckets, total 16 pieces at your Bluffton Restraunt, Big mistake !
Very disappointed to say the least.
I understand the situation we’re in but with all my WW experience I was so so disappointed. It seems as though not only did the person cooking your food allowed the oil to get too hot but used old, old oil and then just dropped the chicken in causing a FLASH FRIE. The chicken was very burnt on the outside and had lots of blood on the inside. NOT EXCEPTABLE !
Not only did I receive burnt/raw chicken but my order was also wrong. You advertised 8 peace’s 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breast, and 2 wings.
NOPE, All I received was all legs and thighs. No breast or wings. No explanation as well. In addition I ordered your chicken quesadilla plate. Upon picking up my order there were no quesadilla ready. After making my order and driving 20 plus miles to pick up in Bluffton I was then told that there were only a small menus to pick from. I was never told this. Again very disappointed.
I know that Diane and Cecil would never allow this and would be as upset as I am.
Hell, I own 1% of Wild Wings that Cecil gave me back in 1994. As a 1% owner I am ashamed of WW.
Diane and Cecil would never allow this.

Please have Cecil or Diane and or the current owner respond ASAP.

I have recommended, advertised, bragged and just worshiped WILD WING. Hell, Wild Wing practically flows through my blood.
I’ve had many many great times at WW.
Either please stop cooking fried chicken or teach your cooks how to cook the correct way.
