This place has the absolutely worst management team of most companies that I’ve worked for. I absolutely believe all the comments below because this is a horrible place. No reprimands for the wrongful and disrespectful actions of other coworkers and HR is a joke. I voluntarily quit and HR has yet to respond to Empowerment’s request for a separation date. I haven’t worked there since the last Friday before Thanksgiving and still no response to an email or return a phone call.
I will be sending a copy of a letter and copies of a couple of grievances that I’m in the process of filing to you within the next few days of a very unjust situation that has happened to me at the Germantown facility….I believe that the situation was handled very unprofessional…I’m writing to bring sum awareness to the matter

When the issue is brought to the team lead/Manager/HR, etc. nothing is done about it. This is a reoccurring issue.
They treat their employees like paid slaves. 12 hour days 13 days a week, then 2 days off. They get 2 20 minute breaks. In summer the temps get around 110 and they can’t rest if they feel sick. In winter it’s freezing cold. If you get the flu and take a day off, you get a point. 3 points and you are off work for 3 days without pay. This company should be shut down. None of them care about the employees.
I am the victim of one of your employees stalking, stealing identity. I have a restraining order on him but he continues to violate it via the computer. I previously requested some research done by your company as he is believed to use your equipment and company time to do so to Linda, your Vice President to no avail. Do I just need to go up the chain of command? My daughter and I are fearful for our safety and he is definitely affecting my business.
