Landon Bowls is a married delivery driver at the Commercial Ace Hardware Headquarters in Lenexa KS. He delivers to businesses is KS & MO. Unfortunately he regularly has sexual relations while on the clock, with women working at these busynesses. Some times he even makes extra stops to carry out these sexual relations when there is no delivery or pickup to be made. I’ve had to fire 2 of my female employees that were actively involved with this unprofessional conduct. It’s unacceptable & better care should be taken to ensure the drivers are staying on task & have proper training.

I was in the Seagoville location this afternoon and witnessed a manager named Chloe get in another employee’s face yelling at her in front of me and other customers. Talking to that young girl like a dog!!! So unprofessional, I have been in there several times and Chloe has been so rude and even locked the door in my face even though the store was still open for like 10 minutes. I will never be back!! This is the 2nd employee there that has turned me away the other one was Michael that I emailed about and never heard back???

When will Ace hardware take care of us? I can’t even make enough to pay for my own place to live or better yet survive. I work here at Westlake ace hardware full time an I’m not even cutting close to making it. I been having to sell my stuff to get by each week. This is my third year an y’all haven’t made it no type of easy. Stressed out day in an day out. We had 3-4 people quit or get fired now I got to work twice as hard an I can’t even afford new shoes. What’s up with that. ?

I was a customer in the Seagoville, Texas store recently and over heard a shift supervisor named Micheal call a young girl employee a Hoe and another female employee useless Mexican worker. I just couldn’t believe that a grown Man would talk to young girls like that in front of customers, they were so embarrassed!!! I asked the young girl was she ok and don’t let him talk to her like that and she said he does it often and even has grabbed their wrist or shoulders when they try to walk away????? Please help this store!! The main manager was not there.

What a Horrible experience 32 E 15th St, Edmond Plaza , I was greeted at the door with a normal friendly greeting which is always appreciated. I was sent to Westlake by the Westlake Ace Hardware 1101 W Danforth Rd Edmond which I purchased two gallons of rust stop paint on 11/16/21 returned today 11/17/21 they were sold out. I had a rep check on which store had it in stock they sent me to 32 E 15thSt Westlake Edmond Plaza. I looked for the paint I needed went upfront for help I was told they would send someone. I waited for a long time a rep was headed in my direction so I asked for his help wasn’t interested in helping me rude and looked over at another customer that had just shown up on the Isle, the rep told him that he was called to help him. I spent the last hour and a half with both stores trying to buy paint from Westlake The Rep at 32 E 15st Edmond Plaza was very short with me said if we have it would be right there in that spot. and walked away from me. He didn’t take ten seconds of his time for me after I made the trip there and all the time I had invested trying to purchase two gallons of paint that I had purchased the day before. I have been a customer at both stores for over 20 years I’m done with Westlake and never going back. I’m following up with Westlake corporate office and any consumer that will be interested
