Hi, my name is Henry Harding WGDB68841UHA. I purchase an upgrade on August 31st. I have not received the contract that was promise and Adam Hopkins is no longer returning my phone calls. Adam promised he would be there for me to answer questions and help with future travel. I am extremely disappointed. It appears that once he got the sale I did not matter.

Hi, my name is Dinny Bedard, WGCT1112921. I have been trying to get the $29 yearly fee refunded to me (I had paid via auto renewal) as promised to me by Pam when she reached out to me (early July) regarding the special 3-year renewal deal which I signed up and paid. I also spoke to Dale with Finance on Aug 1 because the $29 never get refunded to my credit card after more than 10 business days. Dale assured me on Aug 1 when we spoke that it should be refunded within 5 – 8 business days but until now it is still not showing on the card that I had on file for auto-renewal.
Kindly look into the issue and help resolve it. Thank you.
