The first call requested to speak with a supervisor several times regarding mailers being sent – wanting to opt out of mailers sent for the 3rd time …. was rudely disconnected!
Called the 2nd time asking to speak with a supervisor regarding mailers being sent …. forget it !!!!!! was like trying to pull teeth from a chicken!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars then I would. A few months back, I was sexually harassed by a corporate level employee named Avery Hall. I never reported it because I didn’t want any problems with him, so my friend reported it for me. This is not the kind of company that anyone should want to go to or use, especially if you don’t want to be sexually harassed. All he got was an investigation, and he told me himself that nothing would happen to him due to him being friends with the Human Resources lady who was doing the investigation. It’s wrong that anyone should have to go through this, and the individual still gets to keep their job. Not good at all, I expected more from a health care agency. Next is to take legal action against WellMed and United Health Care.

Do you ever get any good comments.. your staff at the Drs offices are short and rude..they interrupt you constantly never letting you finish any comment?!?
Get messages they take wrong.. I’m on my 3rd Dr in your network and still it’s unsatisfactory..ugh
You have a fabulous program but employees that are not interested in their patients or their good health.. they never listen..get messages wrong.. get meds wrong.. on 3 occasions your staf has messed up my meds..you tell us as patients to call your office before going to the ER but they never get back to us.., they say that the n message will be out on priority then it’s crickets until I decide to call back THE NEXT DAY or just go ahead to the ER..?
