Deceiving business practices. No professionalism e she. Dealing with clients.
Weebly is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The support button does not work and you cannot get the temporary 8 digit pin. You have to go through Facebook to get help where they provide me the promise of escalating the issue over a week ago and nothing. No phone calls. Nothing!! And there is no way to get to a live person.
What went wrong? Great self-build by those clever founders, followed by ten years hosting my narrator website without a hitch.
I try to pay for a further year, but payment page fails to work. Weebly warns of taking down my site. I try again and again to pay, even getting eventual confirmation of payment. But still the deadline passed: within three days, Weebly had demolished my site and even left up my personal name with other companies’ stuff attached. Is that hijack or passing off or theft?
I have logged more than 20 calls, email and phone, for Support – unanswered. One nice person did get back to me, thankyou Victoria, but couldn’t remedy things in time. I feel as a shop owner probably does when their window is kicked in.
