About WeatherTech, History and Headquarters Information

WeatherTech is a company that outsources equipment materials and business services to the American Manufacturing Industry. The company is headquartered in Bolingbrook, Chicago. WeatherTech was founded by David MacNeil in 1989, who started the business out of sheer necessity. When the company was founded, according to the CEO of WeatherTech, the quality of hardware equipment was really miserable and job opportunities were very scarce, so he established a business to manufacture custom-fit mats. As the business grew, WeatherTech received facilities in Downers Grove and Bolingbrook and became a 400,000 square-foot factory with more than 500 employees managing the production of mats and liners every day. WeatherTech hires engineers, designers and product developers looking for the most optimal and best way to protect the interior and exterior of your car completely. Moreover, WeatherTech promotes American manufacturing over foreign manufacturing of hardware products and features top-tier technological superiority, an in-house product development center, high engineering standards and products are committed to quality.

I have all you sell in w.t. but I bought the trunk matt minus the bumper protector not available at time of sale. It is ridiculous you cannot sell me the bumper cover alone as I obviously already have the grey trunk matt. Don’t take a genius for me to install the snaps since I do upholstery. Sounds greedy to me. (sell it all or nothing?)

Do you have……or would you know of…. a product that would fit under a round pedestel of a recliner that would keep the chair from sliding back towards the wall every time a person get up out of the chair……say something with “teeth” that sinks into carpet to keep it from sliding. Seems like that would be a big seller for all the rocking recliner owners.
