I have never been so Frustrated in my 79 years dealing with a company whose employees can’t even read & post payments to the proper accounts! I have heard so many complaints from seniors in this complex wanting to be able to get AT&T or Comcast. It’s Disgusting that these employees don’t ask because it’s apparent they don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care. I have ask to speak with a supervisor 6/7 times haven’t yet or someone will call you back within 4/5 hours that haven’t happened yet! Have already complained to PUC will be making a complaint to BBB also calling HQ got a notice today late & service will be suspended if not paid by 7/8/2022 my cable was posted to my internet with payment for internet! Called today had internet cancelled as of 6/27/2022! If my cable is suspended Wave will have a Very Big Problem! 1401-1264846-01 650-714-8402

When your supervisors refuse to take yhe call they simply reboot your modem so they don’t have to deal with a angry customer. This was my experience today. And confirmed by an agent when I called back. I want a call from corporate on this. But I’m betting I won’t even get a response to this message.

“STOP” Mailing me OFFERS!!! I am already a customer and you keep sending mail to my “HOUSE” with an apartment #. STOP!!! It is just my house!!! You send them at least once a week sometimes twice a week. STOP!!!
