In the time we have lived in Cape Coral, Florida (7 years). I have never seen such laziness in my entire life. I am a 22 year disabled veteran that lives at 3104 S.W. 19th Place, Cape Coral, Florida. In the past year I have called and complained about us putting out cut up cardboard besides the two cans from Waste Pro, one is recyclables and the other trash. On our collection day Tuesdays, I sit and watch as both trucks pick up recyclables and trash but leave the cardboard laying on the ground and speed off to repeat the same throughout our street. I have called repeatedly and complained, all I get is “We are so sorry for your inconvenience, and it will be picked up by the end of today. We will call you by 4:30 PM to make sure it is collected, (No one picks up the cardboard or calls me back).

Numerous calls day after day, and all I get is the same old story, We are so sorry for the inconvenience and we will be by later today to pick the cardboard up sir.

What I have done now is cut the cardboard up, even though I am not able to close the lid to the recyclables container, it is piled in there. This is something I should not have to do, especially being disable and unable to bend do to multiple lower back surgeries, but you leave me no choice other than do it myself.

Your truck driver’s exemplify the word “LAZY” and your operator’s who tell me the cardboard will be pick up the next or following day also exemplify the word “LAIR’s” sir.

I am in no way going to ever put out any other debris other than in its containers due to the lack of Customer Service that you claim to have, it continues every week and the frustrations and lack of doing a good job does not mean anything to you ( Mr. Jennings) nor to your employees that do nothing but deliver broken promises to your customers. It’s a shame it has to come down to this Email, but I have no other way to express my discord then in a Email to your Corporate Office.

Sincerely

Mr. Samuel Bell
