To Human Resources Manager Ms. Dana McCormick , my name is Roderick Morgan I was an employee with Walden Security in Birmingham Alabama I was employed for a year and two months without taking a day off . There have been Four times when there was a Captain position open and I told Mr.Anthony Hazel that I was interested in the position .each time I was denied.this happen from January to June of 2021.so on August ,5th 2021 I turned in my resignation giving him a two notice so on the August 6 2021 Mr Hazel came and fired me. And I think that it have to do with me trying to get in contact with the human resources dept to file a claim but could not get in touch with anyone.so I had Mr.Walden email address from time he send emails about different holidays .so I emailed him.with that said I have not had any complaints about my performance but have been praise for my work.he hired people without any experience and hire them over me.and at the AOC AT&T building that some manager have told me personally that they feel save with me being there . although I turned in my resignation I feel that I was fired for retaliation for sending Mr..Walden that email.there have several employee leave because of his tactic and don’t feel that the company is stable.and the way he came in and fired me it was like an attack on me.he came and told me he was going to let go and to get the stepping.and this degrading me the way I talk because of my pronounce of some words that I have a problem with.i am ,68 years old.
