I ordered a pool pump over the phone and was told they had it in stock in Eatontown NJ.when I called Eatontown the next day to make sure it was there they said it wasn’t in stock I had to order it which I did. I sent a worker today with the old pump so they could match it up and behold it was the wrong pump. I returned to Grainger and they had 3 or 4 in stock. Why wouldn’t the salesperson match up the pump with the old pump which was right in front of him? I waisted 3.5 hours driving back and forth. I feel I should be compensated for the aggravating morning!
