On 5/20/2022 I had my 50th Birthday Party at the W Hotel in Scottsdale AZ. Spellbound Entertainement Group is who managed the party. The expereince I had was horrific and the responses from the hotel and Spellbound has also been minimal. The GM for Spellbound, Clarence Bullock Jr. treated me with such disrespect. When we arrived I had my 16 year old with me to eat and take photos–I was told by Clarnece she is not allowed into the Party. When I tried to discuss this he kept yelling at me it is in the contract and didn’t the event planner tell me that no one under 21 is allow at the lounge. I went back to the contract and it isn’t in the contract. I was also told by the event planner that any money not spent in the bar could be used at the end of the night for bottles of my choice, specifcally Tequilla. I had $4500 left, and in the end she told me I could ONLY have champagne–I dislike Champage and would have never agreed to this. My issue is I paid them 5K for the space and I feel that they should reimburse me their part of the fee. They treated me as if I was a club kid vs a grown up who was spending 20K to host a 50th party and have friends fly in from all over to stay at your hotel only to have my night tainted with his aggresive attitude and lack of communications to resolve this issue. I have also conacted Nate, Head of Operations at the W and no one has come back to me with a resolution. I want to speak to someone at the W corporate to help me resolve this issue. What was a big Milesotne quickly was ruined bc I couldn’t have my daughter with me.

The front desk service at the WHotel South Beach has been awful at handling my requests. I requested a guest folio at 9pm the night before checking out on June 4th and it was not ready. At 3 am it was not ready the next morning when I checked out. The only thing they had was visit to the spa. I questioned the staff about the dollar amount and they said they would check into it. I never heard back from them. They also ultimately billed the wrong person. That was June 5th when I checked out. They then billed me with the promise of a receipt which never came. It is now July 4th and there has been several emails sent to the assistant general manager. I left a voicemail today for him and no response back. Overpriced hotel and a very poor level of service from management.

I ordered a Mattress 11 weeks ago from w hotels the store, on the invoice it said the delivery would be in 6-8 weeks, your customer service cannot or will not give me any updates on when I will receive this product.
