    This Company is full of crap. I just got security system installed this month and was suppose to pay bill for equipment and services on a certain date. These fools decided to take the whole amount of the equipment fee out my account without permission and tells me i have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. Not to mention they want to refund me back less than what was taken out. My account was overdrawn not to mention they did not care that they took my mortgage payment. I asked the customer service numerous times for corporate or a supervisor they gave me the run around and i never spoke with them. After messing up then they try sending me a new contract to sign with the product financed like that wasn’t already done. Do not sign up with this company unless you really dot your I’s and cross your T’s.

      Hello Bridget,
      My name is Adrienne and the same thing happened with me. I spoke with four different people, two of which worked in the so called “Loyalty Department” which isn’t loyal to their customers. They all have lied in one way or the other, I have occasionally asked them to listen to the recorded line to hear their own recorded lies. I have been waiting for three weeks to get my refund and as of today it hasn’t been approved yet. I am trying to talk with corporate office to get this matter resolved.

      Same thing happened to me. I have gotten the run around. They made unauthorized charges on my account and wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. Waited almost 2 hours to only get the same response as you. They would refund me less than what they took unauthorized. Also, same they didn’t care they took my mortgage funds or that I had been off work due to a complicated pregnancy that resulted in my daughter being in NICU currently

    Once I got out of the service I brought my first home and decided to go with Vivint. Everything was great until I decided to move to another state. Vivint said that they will start a new contract and give me new equipment. Brought a new house and car, credit dropped below 620. Vivint wanted to do another credit check to install service I’ve had with them for years. I didn’t pass a credit check, no Vivint services and Vivint is still charging me for services I don’t have… GO WITH ANOTHER SECURITY COMPANY, THEY DONT LOOK OUT OR HELP YOU. As long as I didn’t have an issue Vivint was great, there do not care to help with issues, they aren’t worried about one upset customer!!!
