I have been an active member with Villa Sport for about 6-months. I train at the Villa Sport location in Beaverton Oregon. I’ve used a personal trainer since I joined. The management team has been trying to get PT set up on a month-to-month package, but have been told weekly since I joined last August that it’s still in development. I’m hoping if I express interest as a member it might be escalated.

I am ready to cancel my membership. I have been a member since 2014. The women’s showers and hot tub are filthy. It’s gone downhill since Covid. Perhaps the Health Department needs to inspect the Colorado Springs Villa Sports. It’s very run down and filthy. You pay good money to use their facilities and sanitation is something that you expect no matter what.
The Establishment Is Very Nice In A Nice Area Katy. Who Would Think: The Staff Seem To Be A Bit Entitled & Racist Toward Afro People. The Cleaning Crew Is Lazy, Half Doing Their Jobs. The Manager Over That Crew Seem To Be Busy With Everything Else But Her Assigned Daily Duties! The Assistant GM is always in great spirits after understanding one another in a meeting, lol; however, the Actual GM seems to be Cody a Perv/Racist/Creep that only care about the title he’s held for two yrs, over the actual establishment itself. His mind is more on who he can date/mate than making sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and happy! He’s a for sure an Uncle Tom Racist. I’ve Been A Member Only A 1 Months & These Managers Are Very Unhealthy To Engage With Due To Their Gossiping Ways, Gaslighting, Narcissism, Nosiness The Need To Be All In Ur Business, Again Racist Behaviors/Chracteristics, Lack Of Professionalism. They Will Bring This Establishment To A Very Profitable Lawsuit Battle. If They Keep Up The Discrimination/Defamation Of One’s Character/Racism/Allegations Over Allegedly/Favoritism Over Fairness. They state things like,”oh I don’t know u but I know that customer she’s been a member here for X Amount Of Time & I believe them over u!” Really, Yes Really! I feel personally that if they get Rid Of Cody & Hire A Person That Truly Will Run This Establishment Correctly Without Alterer Motives. Things Would Change For The Better Good Of Each Member. VillaSport Cinco Ranch Needs A Staff That Truly Do It For All People Not A Certain Set Of People. A Comment Was Made By Cody, “I Truly Hope U Didn’t Do What I Believe The Long Term Member Stated U Did;” After I Clearly Stated, “I Didn’t Participate In The Accusation It Goes Again Everything I Stand For. This Is Not The 1st Time He’s Basically Defamed My Character. The 1st Incident Was When The Membership Department Failed To Do Their Job. I Had To Prove My Case In A Long Meeting That I Should’ve Had To Participate In. I Told Him Multiple Times Until The Problem Is Fixed Don’t Charge Me Anything! Thank Goodness: The Over Charge Problem Was Fixed After Pleading My Innocence In Becoming A Member With A Promo Code They Disregarded! This Is The GM Cody Kuykendahl So Sad, But True Seem Corporate Hire All Racist Staff Member That Don’t Care To Actually Work. The Water Machine Is Full Of White Calcium Or Hard Water That The Cleaning Crew Missed! Oh, If U Report A Problem Ur Now. U Become The Problem & Target Told, “They Not Fixing It.” The Managers Don’t Hear Certain Race Suggestion Comment Or Complaints! They Side With What & Who They Know Seniority Over New Afro Comers. This Is A Problem Waiting To Happen, my six yr was appalled at this boys and girls in the same area my child couldn’t get dressed properly bc a little boy just stopped and stared at her six yr old chest! I had to verbally state to his mom, “can u get him pls?” She didn’t so I asked him to pls walk away quickly Ty and he did. My six yr old was like OMG why is this ok? It shouldn’t be I stated. Then guess who walks through Cody, My baby said “OMG what is going on?” I called the front to ask is this allowed Lynn stated, “yes it’s for families!” I reported another man using the restroom in that area without children or family! Nothing was done! This is a problem waiting to happen; it will not be my family that fall victim to the lack of accountability by Cody & His Hired Staff! I’m so over these people! Oh FYI One Of The GMs gave the Housekeeping Manager Authority To Kick People Out she stated. While Staring At The Afro Person & Catering To The Wrong Doers With Seniority That She Sided With. It’s Sad To Hire X-Prison Guards To Run Housekeeping! Wrong Field, “I was told I was creating an environment that people didn’t fill comfortably being in.” Wow, Right! Since I’ve Been Here The Towel Need To be reorder they’re old and dingy! The shower need to be checked hrly for hair and cleanliness! The bathroom look like hell after ten a.m. until closing! Oh they only have a cleaning crew at night they say! The steam room has rusted areas (bottom of the door & ceiling). The room has mildew smells threw eucalyptus is that safe! The whirlpool is closed every other day bc the staff don’t feel like putting baking soda in daily that should’ve been done by the pool guys. So I Heard From Housekeeping Managers That Do It For Him After 5a.m. Mostly. The whirlpool May or may not be full to the correct level it supposed to be for proper jet system use. Oh & the filter in the whirlpool, OMG so the filthy. Don’t Be Afro & Call For Help They Like The Police Department Show Up When They Get Ready If At All. Oh, But Let The Seniority Call They Come Running To A Non-Solution Given Problematic Extended, Unresolved Grammy Winning Performances! Solutions Don’t Exist Here At This Gym! There’s Been An Ongoing Problem With Knowing Quiet & Quietly Talking Whirlpool Area. Don’t Shhhh No One That’s Been Disregarding The Rules & Been Upheld Bc No One Enforces Rules Here. This Is The Establishment Of No One Likes Change & Growth.The Staff Again Don’t Enforce Rules They Bend Them For Certain People They Cater To Depending On Race & Seniority. They State Oh We Don’t Care If A Person Coughs Repeatedly In A Small Area bc we don’t have Sanitation Pray or Air Purification System. CDC Help! Question: So Do We Just Catch Whatever The Customer Has? Management Over House Keeping Responded: Well, I’ve Been Working For The Prison System My Immune System Won’t Be At Stake! I’m Appalled At These Managers Behavior & Problem Solving Unskillful Responses. My Opinion: Just Fire & Rehire Trained Associates With Hearts For All That Will Not Create A Hostile Racist Environment. Fire The Cleaning Contractors & Hire Skilled Cleaners With OCD, lol. At least cleaning won’t be a problem that needs a solution. Order New Towels. Hire Security For This Establishment That Will Protect The Innocent Children From The Sick People That Sit On Workout Machines; Watching The Children Play Bc The Workout Machines Is Overlooking The Children Swimming Area. Protect The Afro People From Ur Racist Staff By Firing & Rehiring, Quickly! The Quiet Area Need To Be Quiet, Not Quiet Sign On One Wall & Talk Quietly On The Other Wall; Make It Make Sense! There should be a staff member siting in that area enforcing a healthy quiet environment. Take The Water Machine Everyone Uses Out The Quiet Area Put It In The Locker Room Area For A Less Traffic Disturbance Of Peace Quiet Area. Take The Towel Basket Out The Quiet Area So The Manager & Her Staff Isn’t Overly Distracting Everyone With Their Rolling Carts To Gather Dirty Towels 10 Times A Day Never Chking For Real Solvable Problems. Why Not Place It Outside The Door? No one see the teens put they mouth on the water machine everyone so quick to refill their water bottles! I seen it reported it Cody didn’t believe me bc I’m Afro. I was told if I get reported for shhhh people and being lied on I will have my account suspended. It’s only been 1 mth 1/2. LifeTime Fitness I’m About To Set Up A Tour. Is VillaSport going to bring back pool towels? That was one the nice things of not having to bring my own. They went away in Beaverton when the club reopened after the Covid shutdown.
