My clients flew to JFK this morning and had transfers to their hotel with Viator. The driver REFUSED to take them to their hotel and they had to take Uber. I had also booked Viator for tomorrow to take them from the hotel to the NCL ship. However, I received an email that another wonderful driver refused to take them from the hotel to the ship. So both reservations I had confirmed had drivers who refused to drive my clients. Just a word to the wise, maybe you should think twice before using Viator. I have not been given a refund because Viator has to get the OK from the vendor. Well if they didn’t even show up to drive, I hardly think anyone will be kind enough to approve their refund. Such a HORRIBLE way to do business and I hope other travel agents will be careful of Viator!!!!
