I am on short term disability, spoke to 2 supposed supervisors. 1 named George. Called because l am on short term disability from my work. Due to this the plan l had been on was used for work needs. Yet l explained several times, l am not working what can you do for my bill. George a supposed supervisor said to me. Pay your past due and l will change your plan. If l don’t pay the past due he will do nothing.10/5/22. George is an idiot, l told him you are bribing me because unless l give my a count money that is past due. Yet you as a Company failed to look at my usage from back in June. You might notice by now that l am using internet rarely. So as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. SUPERVISOR YOU NEED TO BE A SUPERVISOR AND CHANGE PLAN OVE AS WELL AS ADJUST ACCOUNT. Nope he said make payment then he will try. This is a Company NO ONE Should do business with EVER. I won’t pay to be BRIDED for having a Health issue and trying to resolve thru Viasats Ignorance
