    On Dec 28th 2021, an eye mask arrived that I ordered. It was too small. I put it back in the mail on the same day to return for a refund. It is January 21st, and I’m still waiting on that refund. They’ve had the eye mask in their possession for more than 2 weeks. I’ve followed up twice (incl today), and was told to be patient.
    How long does a return take once it’s confirmed received???
    As with all these other comments – they’ve lost another once loyal customer.

    I ordered 1400 worth oferchandise for my husband for Christmas and i received items that didnt even come from Versace. I dont kbow what kind of business these people are running but i was told not to contact anyone until after a 15 day investigation was over! There goes my husbands Christmas gift! Will never order from there again

    I am disappointed, and this is my very first time to experience a poor customer service. I ordered online for a girl bathing suit last 07/31 for her upcoming pool party this 08/09. I got an email confirmation saying it has been shipped Saturday with the tracking number 515071570565265 that I will be expecting my package from OH on Sunday at the end of the day around after 8pm. My order did not arrive, I thought to myself probably it was a mistake as I did not order it for an express shipment so then I keep on waiting for this week. Then suddenly the update on FEDEX tracking number is pending for delivery date and shipping label has been created by VERSACE. I communicated with FedEx saying Versace never sent the package yet. I reached out to 1888-721-7219 for help. I spoke to a representative yesterday 08/07 saying she could not see on the system what is going on however will contact the warehouse support for follow up. I waited for so long and told me she could not reach anybody at the support department, yet she wanted to confirm my cell phone number so then someone will give me a call for the feedback. This morning, I called again as I didn’t receive any feedback from the company , the customer service representative saying she can see on her system that the parcel hasn’t been sent out to begin with but will contact warehouse support again for follow up. I answered her that it was the same thing that the rep told me yesterday, she said the agent I spoke with initially doesn’t have the system that can see that the parcel hasn’t been sent out. She even said she saw that the prior agent did her part sending an email to the warehouse support and it will take about 24 to 48hours for a response. This really hurt my ears as this has not been disclosed to me yesterday and she added “It’s good you called again today” so what does this mean. I need to chase them for my order. After a couple of hours, I got a missed call from the 1888 number. I called them back right away but of course I need to be patient to wait for so long for someone to answer the phone. This time the representative said my parcel was lost and will issue a refund. I advised her that it was offered to me earlier this morning and I want my order item instead of a refund. I was irate, and the customer service could not get the idea of getting a false hope and expecting my order item so bad to give it as a gift. I asked her to put herself on my shoe, but she told me “life is not perfect” wow what a statement. Of course, I need to deal with her for so long as none of the Managers were available. I asked for her name “Renee” and asked for the Managers and she said they are not allowed to give names. She told me Managers will not guarantee to get back to me at the end of the day because they were instructed that when they send email to the management team it will take about 24 to 48 hours for a response. And again, this answer to me was so generic. I am terribly upset dealing with all the poor customer service, my item was lost and was given wrong information on several occasions. Managers were not available. Until now no resolution provided to me as there was no Managers available to talk to me.

    I’ve called the US customer service office over six times regarding an issue with Versace perfume only to be told each time they need to forward my complaint to the Versace perfume department in Italy and that someone would be in touch. After 30 days of no response, I am no longer a Versace customer. It’s unfortunate because I love their product, but have never experienced such horrible service.

    you have to train your 5th ave employees in nyc. i spend thousands of dollars in that store and they never tell anyone about the sales. i walk into your new jersey store and i was notified immediately about the sales.
