Pay a monthly service charge for service to my system. They come out after I complained about ongoing issues and go over my system. Two weeks later I have an issue that should have been caught on the first trip. In the meantime i order $1,000.00 in upgrades to my system. Today I get a bill for $8.00 for a FUEL SURCHARGE that should have been repaired on the first visit. Looks like I should speak with ADT moving forward !!!
As a 34 year customer of west tech and then Vector, I am coming increasingly irritated with the fact that they never answer their phone when I call for technical assistance. In the last two days I’ve been 0n hold for 35 and 55 minutes. This is unacceptable.
Marcus Mitchell has a horrible/ in professional attitude. He is not honest.
