Good Morning,
I am reaching out due to not receiving my order, despite placing the order 9 business days ago. This is unacceptable and the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I have called Valentine Multiple times with no resolution. There has been no form of communication to inform me about any delays to orders, which would be understandable if communicated. I have called customer service and have gotten no where, and no form of compensation for the inconvenience. I was told by customer service rep that I can receive 10% off for my next order but that is not what I want. This order was a valentine’s gift for me and it has not been receive yet. Today is Feb 21, 2023, order was placed on Feb. 12 2023. I would really appreciate someone looking into this and something done about such a delay and bad customer service. Looking forward to hearing from you.
