Where is US Storage Centers Corporate office Headquarters

I want to file a complaint against a storage center manager. I am being treated badly. She does nothing but scream at people. Unless you have money. Then she is sweet as pie. I oops up one time and even apologized to her when I first moved in. Since then she has treated me like crap. She makes up the rules as to suit her. I am only late this month is my 2 time being late. I am waiting on my check to arrive in the mail. I have tried to talk to her and all she does is snap at me or lie. She has told so many lies I almost don’t know what the truth is. She locked me out of my unit when I was only 5 days late. I waited to talk to her about it but she took the day off . So I explained to her worker that I will be happy to pay the late charge but I would be late. And I explained why. After only renting at this place barely 5 and half months. My tent jumped up almost double. Well she knows I have a unit full of tools and antiques. And it has been said she does things like she does it so she can get your unit and you’re property. Well she locked me out and charged me a high amount and a high amount late fee. And Has avoided me. I have been following her rules. I have done nothing wrong. She even called the police on me one night before 10 pm and told them I was breaking into a unit and robbing the place. Then go mad and. Cussed the. Police out because they. Didn’t. Make. Me leave. That was just wrong of her. To call the police on me. All I was doing was neatening up my. Unit. She for sure. Made the police. Mad that night because. They would not make Me leave. I was in my. Rights to be there. I was working on my unit. And for her to lock me out of. My unit and put a late charge on my amount as t only the 5th day of the. Month is just really wrong.. but now she has gone a. Step wrong farther. She has me locked out and is throwing me out. I have to be out by the 30th of June or I lose my stuff. Your company says you care about the communities and raise. Money and all. But I guess that’s only if your rich. I have already lost all of my. Life. My camper and all it’s belongs was stolen after Covid hit. And we been living in and out of our car and hotels. All we have left is in our unit. And now your going to allow this woman that is mean and selfish and bully’s me all the time to do this to me like this. I tried to work it out with her at the first few days of the month. I wanted to go down in unit size. And she claimed it would have cost me more to do so. And then she was going to check on some things for me and get back to me and instead she has avoided me and ignored me.
Wow.. I call bullshit on US Storage being a caring company. If you allow your managers to have this kind of bullying power that they don’t even honor the laws of storage units laws of the state. Colorado law says I should have 15 days before she can lock me out. But she locked me out on the 5th day. And she is suppose to not threaten to sell my unit till I am 30 days past due but she has threatened and is throwing me out. I have to have it all out by the 30th of June and pay by the 30th or she is selling my unit. But I can’t get my stuff out due to the unit being locked by her. Oh and since when is it ok for her to bend the rules and allow a person to live in their unit. And she knows they live in their unit. She takes them to her place for showers and wash clothes and she is using them to spy in other tenants. This is all just totally 100 % wrong. The manager at this facility in Colorado should be fired. I have talked to other tenants that have been very upset with her. And the treatment they have received from her. She says she is going to bat for them to lower their rates. She told us she had 88 rate reductions to put in for. The rate is extremely high considering I was paying less for a bigger unit with a light before I moved to hers.
You care and want to know who is your company is robbing customers and making up the rules as she goes along so she can rob people of their personal lives. Email or call me. I happen to know this manager from a previous storage facility .

Hi I bought a auction unit yesterday #0036.
While I went in to talk about what I had to do next Sheila Harris at us storage centers on youngfield court in Jefferson county co she was very rude to me and my kids, she was raising her voice hitting the desk with her hand, telling me and my children that we was not her customer. As she was doing all the disrespect fullness she was on the phone with the district manager Surgio..
I felt very disrespectful, degraded, I can go on with more words I feel about this situation..
Sheila was very unprofessional. I did nothing to this lady at all.
I would not want that to happen to any other family. Please let me know your out come of this bad situation.

This company needs to double-check there employees I am on disability and live in Colorado both my brothers died in California this year I have been paying on my little brothers storage unit since February of this year I have personally driven out to California twice in the last 2 months to pick up the storage the first time I got my older brothers storage unit in San Diego no problem I go to get Mikes and was denied twice , now the state of Pennsylvania wants to know why they keep paying me to go out and get the unit all I can say is the ball is in your court the storage unit has family heirlooms in it my brother wrote it down my mom is in a home for dementia and distinctive human services takes care of her . I am in charge of Mikes estate, what now
