I was a member for many years, and had 25 floats to use, that never expire. My location is Vancouver, WA and it suddenly closed, with no warning, as of 1-1-24. The owner of the franchise is Marilyn. I would very much like to retain my floats, since they never expire, I could them at other locations. Please advise as to what to do next. Marilyn has disconnected the phone… the location has signs on the door “Thanks for the last 7 years”! Like I said earlier, no warning was given, there have to be other clients, who have unused floats on the books/computer. Just thought you should know, that your franchisee did nothing to notify, or help her clients/members, when she knew, she was closing Urban Float Vancouver. Look forward to hearing from you.
