Bad customer service,Manager JC Holze in Bensalem Pa UNO’s needs to retrained or revealed from this job.I will be moving forward by calling the corporate office with a verbal complaint.

  • Michael A. Katterjohn says:

The Uno’s in Lexington, South Carolina has closed. We need an Uno’s in Augusta, Georgia since there will be no mileage restrictions now. We have the Masters golf tournament and quite a few Chicago transplants. Do you have a way to make that happen?

  • Michael D Sullivan says:

    Hello, Uno bosses,
How come I can’t get bread sticks with my Meal ????.
Covid-19 is pretty much done ✅
    What is your excuse
    For no Bread Sticks ???

  • Elizabeth Glanville says:

Four of us went to the Uno in Bangor, Maine. Save some money by closing it. Not one meal was any good. The lemon-basil salmon was over cooked and had no lemon or basil on it. Another member of the group had spaghetti and meatballs. The meatball was so old and dried out you need a knife to cut it. The pasta had sauce right from the can put on it, I can only assume they thought the pasta would warm it up. I won’t even go into what the other two ordered, but they didn’t eat it. The worse part was we waited over a half hour before we received it. There were only three tables with dinners in the whole place. Again here is an opportunity to save money and close it. It was awful.

  • Dan Gray says:

Went to the Lake Buena Vista, FL location and ordered the chicken pasta dish. I think the chef dumped a whole jar of garlic and a quarter bottle of oil on the plate before he decided to serve it. When the manager came by and asked how the food was I told her that it was the worst thing that I ever ate. She then stated “when you are done I would like to take it to the kitchen for a learning experience” because she believed that it had way too much garlic and oil. When she came back from the kitchen the reply floored me…
She said that the chef said “This is how it’s made, if I didn’t like it maybe I should not order it again”. Wow. I was speechless. After about five minutes, The manager came back and stated that she wanted to offer me a piece of cake to make up for the dinner. As I asked for my check, the cake was on my receipt at full price. I then proceeded to go to the front desk and asked that the cake be taken off the bill. It took about 10 minutes for them to figure out how to do so.

I am not asking for my money back or any coupons. I can tell you that the waiter did not keep the drinks full, The manager put the customer in a bad position by embarrassing the customer going to the chef while I was in the restaurant, and then the people trying to take the cake off the receipt need to be retrained how to do so without taking so long.

Honestly, this e mail could have been avoided with good customer service. The $20 I spent and the upset stomach I had all night into this morning will remind me not to return. Feel free to contact me by e mail listed below if you feel the need.

  • Bullied customer says:

Went to the Doylestown Pennsylvania location with two other friends. Service took forever, I had trash in my drink and when it was time to leave, and off-duty waitress and several large male customers clapped when we left and yelled don’t come back bitches. A manager walked us out to our car, and as we were walking one of the men came out into the parking lot. We realized then that the manager knew this customer was going to do or so something to us. When asked why he was clapping when we left he became aggressive telling us that we were nothing but trouble and that there was nothing in my drink. Staff and the other people at the bar all stood outside the building watching as the male screamed at the three of us females. That customer should have been told to stop and leave the premises, instead he told my husband this man was “a loyal customer!” The off-duty waitress in the green tank top should be fired or suspended! She never should have clapped when we walked out. We have held fundraisers at this location, Christmas parties, and weekly happy hours for years. UNOs has lost many customers as a result of this. It’s obviously a place that allows bullying of customers!
