Hello my name is Jessica Sierra. I’m trying to reach out and understand why my credit card is charged for 4 tickets plus 4 express pass and I continue to be told that my tickets have been canceled. I was not even any cancellations confirmation number nor email. I’ve spoken with two against names Caroline and Valentina who claims to be the supervisor on duty on 10/12/22 around 10am. Both agents stories changed. Both agents gave different stories and information. Please go over the calls that are recorded and and train you’re employees correctly. Also they were not able to give me any information and claim the finically department would reach out? I’m simply asking for the tickets that we’re purchased to be valid. Can’t understand why that’s to much to ask especially if the tickets are fully paid for at the cost of $1,047. If someone can reach out I’d appreciate that.

All I wanted was my refund. I purchased an item at one of the harry potter stores, the item broke within seconds of me buying it and they told me that they could not refund me my money but they couldn’t tell me the reason why. Lesson learned, do not buy anything from universal studios.

SHOULD really consider making a park in Oregon state, would be very successful since all rides are indoors…. Think about this!! There’s a lot of green land/ farms that are empty

My son is autistic and can not wait for rides. We have Special access pass but he still needs to wait the same length of time and return later to the ride. So we have to find things to occupy the waiting time. Basically we have to spend the entire vacation watching and setting a timer for the time. How is this special access supposed to help someone like him. He is very obsessive compulsive and will not go on rides out of order. This is a very stressful vacation. We will never return here as this is a

horrible vacation. We have three days left, until Wed, to stay. If you had any idea how difficult this is you would change the system. A pass with understanding of mental/development disabilities is more suited for our families. Maybe a special needs pass for Universal Hotels could work Only 2 of us on this trip. I will definitely educate all disabled parents and discourage them from visiting Universal Studies.

Please tell me who I contact about handicap ADA accommodations? We waited over and hour to get back up to the top to leave and we are still waiting. My disabled son was also made to get out of his scooter and sit in a chair on the way down. He cannot stand on his own. He could not have ridden in his own. My email is lesend@hotmail.com.
